A Vanguard is responsible for bringing the New World into existence. She must also serve as a guardian of the Sisterhood. She has a duty to preserve and protect her sisters and children as well as her mission. Thus, she receives specialized training which equips her with the knowledge and physical means to protect and defend self, beliefs and the Nation SHE is charged with producing.
