The D is for Discussion. This list will be for non-church related announcements that people think will be of interest to our members. In the past these have included environmental and social justice workshops and activities that UUCB is not co-sponsoring, fundraisers for other organizations, jobs, etc.

This list will also be for discussion of social justice, church issues and problems, and information on various topics. Please do not forward petitions, hoaxes, chain letters, and virus warnings.

The original list, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/uucb/ will remain as the place for general announcements concerning the church or its members and friends. This will include reminders of church meetings or events, notices of people requiring care such as those sent out by the caring committee, requests for help (personal or church-related), requests for input on issues, and other notices.
