This Genealogy mail list discussion group is for the purpose of sharing and learning more about the History and Genealogy of Families in and from the Utila and the Bay Islands. If you think you may have a family connection then you are welcome to ask to join our group.

There is a two (2) step process

STEP ONE: Send an email to the group moderator @ utila-families-owner@yahoogroups.com In it state your full name, names of your parents, grandparents and older family connection/s if you know them. List full names and dates of birth, or approximate dates for your grandparents and those older, if you know them. We ask you to do this to keep advertisers and spammers from joining easily and bothering our list members.

No subscriptions will be approved without doing this. Yahoo will automatically delete your request to join if the group moderator has not approved your request within 14 days. So please respond as soon as possible

STEP TWO: Using the same email address click on the JOIN THIS GROUP link on this home page and follow the instructions.
