Hi Charles, Excited to hear about the progress, especially a potential
investor. I'm waiting to hear about a job I've applied for in SLC; if I get it,
I'll be moving to the area, and my heart's desire is to live in a model
sustainable community. I'm a professional mediator and facilitator. Have you
identified land yet? Any possibility it will be in commuting distance to SLC?
It would be great if it could be in between Provo and SLC and commuting distance
to both via light rail.
Kindly,
Theresa Jensen

been working with that they are interested in becoming investors in the Utah
Valley Commons. They believe the time is right to build a solar-energy village
in the Provo area. And they've got the money to back it up. This is by far the
most important piece of good news we've had in four years! I strongly
recommend: if you are AT ALL serious about cohousing and sustainable community,
now is the time to say so. I will be meeting with the engineer, Ed Shaw, after
I return from India next month. You are invited to attend, too, and to
participate fully in the planning process.
