USAFathers is a web-based organization dedicated to the free exchange of information regarding the rights and responsibilities of fathers. We live and work in a society that has become decidedly biased against fathers. We at USAFathers have joined together to give voice to the decent, lawabiding, loving fathers of this country. We recognize that the vast majority of fathers love their children and work hard to provide for their needs. We also recognize that many fathers are isolated and alienated from their children by former spouses, and by the bias and corruption of the Family Courts.

We are a new civil rights movement, campaigning for a child's right to equal access to both parents. We advocate 50/50 equal shared parenting, except when one parent has been proven unfit or is a verifiable danger to the child. We believe that the Family Court System is needlessly creating a nation of fatherless children and childless fathers.

We are dedicated to civil disobedience and peaceful protest to bring our plight before the eyes of the media and the public. We are creating a "Dad's Army" to fulfill these goals. We will apply pressure to the system to force legislative change to insure that our children have the opportunity to grow up with their fathers.
