TALLAHASSEE, April 24 / -- Carnell Smith, a victim of paternity fraud
and founder of 4TRUTH Identity's DNA Center and U.S. Citizens against
Paternity Fraud, advocates the release of all Florida Paternity Fraud
hostages at the public rally and demonstration for justice.

Location: Freedom Rally on the Capitol grounds in Tallahassee, FL.

Time:  Monday, April 25, 2005 @ 11:00am EST

Public testimony in the FL Senate for "Paternity Fraud /
Disestablishment for false paternity":
House Bill 1195 sponsored by Representative Curtis Richardson
Senate Bill 1456 sponsored by Senator Al Lawson

'We are just seeking to shine the light of truth on the family
injustice system.

Too many families and children are being hurt with the way things
stand in the system today. For example, men like Tony Winbush,
David Speights, Bobby Rhames and Dr. David Ziskind, PhD are still
being forced to pay child support for other men's children or go
to jail. Even though DNA testing proves these men did not cause the
pregnancy as claimed by the child's mother.

It makes no sense to punish the innocent man and his family for the
actions of two other parties," said Carnell Smith, founder of United
State Citizens Against Paternity Fraud (US-CAPF), a national advocacy
group with affiliates and supporters in more than 30 states, Australia,
Canada and the UK.

In 2000, a DNA test – like those he now provides through his national
company, 4TRUTH Identity revealed that Smith and the child he supported
emotionally and financially for eleven years were victims of paternity
fraud.

Without a DNA test Smith would not know the truth – that he's
not the biological father of his ex-girlfriend's child. Not knowing the
truth has cost Carnell Smith and his family over $150,000 in support
payments and legal fees. Crusading for the truth led to a fight all the
way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Smith and his family eventually got out of the paternity fraud trap
using the new Georgia paternity fraud  law in 2003.  This is the same
justice that he seeks for the Florida paternity fraud hostages and
their families.

Why is truth not permitted in the family court? Why are certain members
of the Florida Bar opposing HB 1195 / SB 1456? It would seem that truth
is in the best interest of the duped men and the deceived children. DNA
paternity testing would provide the court with the truth as 'the best
interest" for all.

Please warn our military and civilian men about 'Father Shopping and
Child Support Fraud" in Florida.

4TRUTH uses the only DNA identification testing laboratory accredited
by the American Association of Blood Banks with the ability to use its
patented IDENTIPLEX systems.
