This a group of people who love nature while living in the city; we are based in Boston, but would like to plan walks in other cities, too. We will do at least approximately one walk per month in the Boston area in 2012, starting in December 2011. Members of this group are interested in all aspects of nature: plants, animals, fungi, weather, geology, human use and impact on nature, and so on.

The purpose of this online group is to discuss locations for walks, plan meeting dates and times, and share links to our websites and journals where each of us posts our photographs and recollections of the walk.
