The University of the Philippines Saligan, is a duly recognized university-wide provincial socio-civic organization representing the populace of Iligan City and Lanao del Norte. Founded in 1992, it continues to serve communities in Metro Manila and Iligan City through various outreach programs and activities. Now on its 13th year, UP Saligan lives on to uphold its vision and expand its horizon as an organization for Iliganons and the community.
