The Unspun Heroes is a group of spinners located in Cape Breton. We get together at various homes and locations to spin on our wheels or our drop spindles, and occasionally do some experimenting with natural dyes. Various fibre arts hand-crafters also keep us company, such as knitters and rug hookers. We host the Maritime Spinning Retreat every few years when it takes place in Cape Breton, as it is in 2008. This Yahoo Group is open to people interested in joining our gatherings here in Cape Breton.
