ARTICLE I - INDIVIDUAL PRE-EMINENCE & SOVEREIGN FREE-WILL
The adult Individual shall have the following Natural Rights of Protection;
Sec. 1 - The Right to be free of the Initiation of Physical Force, Coercion and Fraud. Sec. 2 - The Right to Self-governance. Sec. 3 - The Right to Defend against Environmental & Physical Harm. Sec. 4 - The Right to Own Justly-acquired Personal Property. Sec. 5 - The Right to Freely Travel, Trade and Associate with Others. Sec. 6 - The Right to Freely Express Oneself on Public Issues. Sec. 7 - The Right to Participate Equally and Vote Directly on Public Issues. Sec. 8 - The Right to Dissociate from any Principle, Policy, Program, Practice or Person. Sec. 9 - The Right to be free of human-contaminated air, water, soil and
food. Sec. 10 - The Right to Equal Access to Public Places and Public/
govt. Information. Sec. 11 - The Right to Open, Transparent Settlement of Differences.
