answers to questions put to me by "Metro" on our yahoo
club "message board"  please go there to receive more
instructions and if you need more answers to some questions
that you could have later, put them on the "message
board" I will be in London (leaving this Tuesday 4 May)
and as my brother has a computer too, I will be able
to have access to our club from his home. I live in
London and he lives in Chiswick which is a bit outside
the centre of town, but I will be seeing him probably
once a week, so just leave a message there. I have
explained to Metro  that the choice of the "cave" or "cell"
is to create a special atmosphere within
yourself...when you feel that you are in it, then you let go of
your visualisation, (this is to free yourself from the
polution of the mundane thought forms) it is to separate,
purify and then incubate your ego and surround it in a
purer magnetic aura... Once you are relaxed and open in
this protective magnetic field, you should let go
completely of your meditation and open your physical eyes
(this is important) and then start to concentrate on
the special IMAGE that you know... who happens to
represent also the perfect IMAGE of the NEW ADAM.

exercise facilitates an inner opening and a passage to
"the dark Womb and Tomb" within yourself. It is the
preparatory Ground in which the"SEED" of the Eleusinian
Mysteries is planted before being revealed...<br>As you
know, this dark cave is an archetypal symbol of the
Mother Principle.You must learn to "look around" and be
in touch with what happens in there without
questioning... When you become accustomed to its interior, you
can then choose to make changes...and sit in a
specific spot... allow the energies of the sacred IMAGE
(which is infront of you) to reverbarate their qualities
in you. I could just add that you should reflect on
your own on the two opposite but complementary
Principles at work here, within your being. we are not after
sensations, but more inspiration, intuitions, contemplations
and revelations that will be given from within about

sorry if I haven't, the important point here is that
your "seed Ideas" will unfold gradually through the
inner work that you will be doing with the other

<br><br><br>As for you other question concerning MYTHS as "seed
ideas" coming from somewhere else... I personally think
that the collective unconscious has a part to play in
it, and DESTINY plays also its part. Hence myths
regenerate and sometimes change symbols to affect and make a
stronger impact in the human psyche. As for your questions
concerning higher Beings implanting "Seed Ideas" in us?
Probably yes, but always in harmony with our own Soul's
direction. There are also the influence coming from a centre
called by some Shamballah, the Hierarchy, the Spheres
etc... They all play a part in the unfoldment of
Consciousness in the universe... We will probably be working on
that aspect later on...<br>But for now, it is more
important to understand, (at least from my point of view)
the importance of changing our life "story" into our
"myth". There is a tremendous difference between the two;
our "personal story" is our "ego unconscious story"
but our "personal Myth" is the conscious realisation
of the Soul Quest with its patterns and processes in
ordinary consciousness. A personal myth RESONATES in the
PRIMORDIAL MYTH of Creation and it unfolds within human
consciousness the AWAKENING of PRIMORDIAL KNOWLEDGE, which is
linked to our reintegration into the Uncreated Light of

nswer to Metro.<br>Part 1<br>Dear Metro, the
seed idea that you are describing is imprinted and has
the same unique message for all sentient beings.
However, it remains in a dormant state until the right
moment arrives for you to unfold the meaning of the
QUEST and understand the reason for the process of
incarnation and the return to the Source. That is true...
hence our ascent  should be a gradual process, because
we are not after an intellectual understanding...
but a transformation of consciousness. However, at
the same time there seems to be a paradox because the
process of our ascent is linked to the way of our descent
into the unconscious and subconscious parts of our
being. This is so, because the whole purpose of the
process is to bring back the Light of Pure Consciousness
and of Life into the dark corners of our unconscious
self. This Light is connected to the Higher Will of God
or the Uncreated Light of the Soul, and the Ray of
Light penetrating this darkness is called UNCONDITIONAL
and MYSTICAL LOVE or EROS... So, I hope that you
understand the importance of working within your cave...
which is your inner centre... this is what I have
called your "grounding space".<br>As for your "Seed
Ideas" the way you are describing it is deep but also
intellectual... In other words, it is your ego questioning the
mystery of Being... and the ego will never be able to do
that... One can only plunge and enter into the Mystery of
Being fully conscious and become one with Its Mystery.
The ego participates by remainnig in AWE and
SILENCE...Since the "Seed Idea" of Being has fully bloomed in
pure consciousness... having freed and liberated its
fragrance and perfume everywhere around itself... How can
an ego and the ordinary intellect touch an ethereal
fragrance! <br><br>The "Seed Ideas" that I have in mind are
part of developing our "personal myth", they are the
individual "pills" if you will, that help us become healthy
and strong. these "seed Ideas" pop-up when necessary
through our personal process and therefore are linked to
the importance given to the spiritual aspect of our
daily experiences. Hence, self-observation, meditation,
dreamwork and everything else experienced during our daily
"routine" or during the night becomes meaningful... This
subject will be developed later on, after my return,
because I feel that it is a very important subject to
understand as it is linked to the awakening of Cosmic
Consciousness in our ordinary level of consciousness. Personal
"Seed Ideas" are indeed powerful "pills" connected and
in harmony with the mystery of the "WORD MADE
FLESH"...<br>Each "seed Idea" reflects the energy of the mystery of

be put into the ground instead of circulating within

advice.<br><br>What I would like you to try is to remain "grounded"
in the "womb" or cave... and explore the inside of
this nurturing place... You are preparing a kind of a
"nest" a resting place... a grounding place... you are
learning to KNOW your own sacred Centre. The Ascending
process is important, however, at the beginning of this
special work, the grounding process is even more
important because all psychological and spiritual processes
take place first in the darkness of the "womb". I have
noticed that you have a tendency to "rise" and "ascend"
and personally my advise to you is to stop doing that
for a while, and instead experience grounding
effects, the "resting" and peaceful experiences of this
safe and intimate place... in silence...and within the
"womb"...so that the energies of the sacred image penetrate
and purify your being...Remember that this is a
subtle and gradual awakening process... please don't
rush the first phase of the inner work, as it involves
the purification process and is linked to the process
of awakening Cosmic Consciousness.<br><br>Remember
Metro, you must first "anchor" yourself... Grow deep
"roots" within your being... reaching an infinite
depth... so that the trunk of your tree becomes the axial

enter the mountain cave that is my sanctuary. I
smell the damp earth and look around at my environment.
There is a fresh water spring that is fed by an
underground river. I can look in the water and see a
reflection of myself. <br>Although I am in a cave, there is
light streaming in from above. Not too much light but
enough for comfort. On the wall there is a picture, as I
approach the picture, I see a face - is it the Beloved
that I have sought my entire life or simply another
illusion...<br>I kneel in contemplation before the picture and
meditate.

create a most sacred "place" within your being and enter
its holy "space" with your consciousness. It can be a
monastery a mountain cave, any inspiring place where you
will be protected and encircled by the element
"earth". This represents your grounding and nurturing
place... your body. However, this place will be your
"cell" your "incubation" place... the place in which you
will open up and receive...<br>Have in mind that
others like you have similar "cells" next to
yours...However you are on your own in your own cell.So your
first task will be to put the sacred symbol which you
have received by e-mail on a place chosen and created
by you in your sacred "cell" do this and meditate on
