SO I was trying to book my road trip I mentioned previously and was having
problems. When I called Expedia ( website travel agency) they said I could not
rent a car in canada and return it in the USA. They think I am able to to rent a
car in the USA and drive it into Canada without extra cost then back to the USA.
The woman was not very helpful or sure of what she was saying. But this really
screws up my trip. I wanted to rent a car in Calgary go to Waterton-Glacier then
Banff, Kootenay, Jasper, North Cascades, Olympia, Oregon Sand Dunes down the
coast to San Diego and then Fly back to NY.
Does anyone have any different info for rental car policies or can confirm this?
I am gonna be making more calls to make sure.
Kim
