Why a new group when there is already one called "Ugandans?" Because we don't believe in prior censorship. Ugandans is moderated, meaning your post never appears unless it is approved by the moderator.

Many posts never get approved. Worse, you may not know what criteria the moderator uses to exclude some posts.

Uganda-group is NOT moderated. You post whatever you want. We would only remove it if the majority of Uganda-group members complained that the post was inappropriate. In other words, the people, not the moderator, decides.
