We hope our mailing list can serve as an effective information exchange platform for all the members. Please note that spam is prohibited from this mailing list and we will take actions to prevent spamming. Specifically,

(1). Accounts which had been or are going to be used to send spams will be banned from sending further messages to our mailing list. We will notify you if we deem your message spam. If you disagree with banning your account, you have the right to send your appeal to cssa.ucsb@gmail.com.

(2). New members will need to get approval from one of the list managers for sending out messages. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you (new members), but we think this is necessary since spammers always send out spams as soon as they become a member. So by moderating the messages from new members, we should be able to effectively reduce the spam you receive.
