Description

Turning It Around is a global community comprised of members from six continents, together for mutual support and information regarding the TIA movement worldwide. 'TIA' is the nickname for 'Turning It Around: Causes and Cures for Today's Epidemic Social Problems', the book that provides the foundation for the program. The book is available for order at book stores that stock English books now. There is also an electronic book (ebook) available for instant download. See http://billallin.com for details. The first few chapters of the book may be read from a file in Files at our home site. TIA is a program to provide solutions to social problems in each country, solutions that require little money, only people working together to make their communites safer, healthier and more vibrant. In the process of curing social problems within communities, TIA will prevent many of the personal problems that cause each of us such grief. A social problem is any community problem that focuses mainly on people, rather than on infrastructure. Examples would be violence, drugs, high divorce rate, crime, homelessness, murder and a high rate of psychological problems. If you can read or write in English, you are most welcome. You can just read, or feel free to comment on any post. Read more about 'Turning It Around: Causes and Cures for Today's Epidemic Social Problems' at http://billallin.com
