To all my friends and relatives with children in school or who may have children
in school that may some day wish to attend collage. Please read the following
info carefully before deciding on funding for their education. Remember that no
matter how hard they try or how well they do in collage, about 90% or so of
collage kids never get the job they trained for. Who wins? Whoever funded them.
In my case it was the alaska student loan program. My advice would be that if
you can't pay your way as you go, don't attend collage until you can. Otherwise
some day you will either get the gold mine or you will get the shaft. Here is
the response I got after contacting them. As you can read, they do not care
about you or your kids education or even if you can heat your house. Only the
profits that pad their pockets. We are only sheep.

Let me see if I get this correct...

I apply for a student loan of $2750.00. (I was sure it was only $2450.00) I get
it for one semester. After that you dumped me like a hot potato because I owed
child support. During my time of dealing with child support of which I now no
longer owe, you take it upon yourself to refinance a loan into another loan I
NEVER authorized. Now you expect me to pay almost %300 interest? ($6,778 as of
7-16-08 statement). I had no problem paying my original debt and you were in
fact the next on my list. I understand the only reason for student loans is
profit for Alaska, Inc.. Like mining the miners in the old days. You have
already started taking (loose word) money from my paycheck. I have no problem
with this, but what I insist on is that you drop the interest and let me pay as
I am now until I get this out of my hair forever. I can already see that I may
loose my permanent fund (that I have never had the pleasure of receiving due to
child support) and more than likely any energy assistance that may come with it
due to some loophole somewhere. Money needed to fill my oil tank to keep my
family warm.

With respect for Governor Palin, a copy of this email has been sent to her via
her web site. The next copy will go to the News Minor as I plan to scream from
the roof tops hoping to inform the next generation that if they can not afford
to pay as you go when attending collage, don't go.

If the Alaska Advantage program is nothing more than a collection agency with a
fancy name, I hereby consider this email a cease and desist notice.

Dear Mr. Ordiway:




This correspondence is in response to your e-mail message received in the office
of the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education (ACPE) on August 12, 2008.
Your letter cites numerous concerns regarding your AlaskAdvantage Education
Loan; 1) Your inability to receive additional funding from ACPE based on the
past due child support you owed 2) Refinancing of your original loan which you
did not authorize 3) The unpaid interest that has accrued on your education loan
4) Your current administrative wage garnishment status 5) Your Permanent fund
garnishment status and the energy assistance established by recent legislation.
You further insist that ACPE drop the interest on your education loan.




I will address each of your concerns separately.




Your education loan records indicate you applied for and received a loan for
$2,750.00 to attend Tanana Valley College in February 1988; there were no loan
origination fees associated with your loan. There is no further indication in
your record indicating you applied for additional funding. On May 31, 1988 you
left school and based on the terms of your promissory note you entered a 12
month grace period, your loan entered repayment on July 1, 1989 with a 120 month
repayment term. Records indicate you failed to make payments on your loan and on
November 3, 1989, your loan permanently defaulted when it became 120 days past
due in payment. On February 21, 1991 your loan was transferred to Associated
Credit Agency for collection action. Records indicate payments were not
collected while your loan was serviced by Associated Credit Agency.




On November 1, 2003, you were notified through correspondence that ACPE had once
again begun to directly service your loan. You were given an opportunity to
settle your debt within a 60 day period; if you chose not to settle or were
unable to do so, ACPE informed you that a payment schedule would be established
for paying off the old loan over time. A new monthly bill was sent reflecting a
current in payment status on the new schedule on December 16, 2003; however, due
to the defaulted debt, all conditions of default remained applicable to
collection on the loan. Additionally, the letter relayed that ACPE intended to
actively collect on the loan by using its legal authority to seize the Alaska
Permanent Fund Dividend, garnish wages, deny renewal of Alaska occupational
licenses, or place liens on real property.










Your loan is a closed-end contract and amortized for a fixed number of payments;
simple interest accrues on a daily basis at 8%, when you signed your contract
you agreed to repay your loan in accordance with the repayment schedule. Your
failure to comply with the terms of your loan contract has resulted in
substantial amounts of interest accruing during the approximately nineteen-year
period that you did not make payments. Currently there is unpaid past due
interest owed totaling $3,794.48, and interest accruing at 8% on a principal
balance of $2,750.00. Once the past due interest is satisfied payments will
first satisfy the accrued interest and then be applied to the principal balance.
As of the date of this correspondence the loan is paid to May 16, 2004 based on
the rescheduled 60 month loan.




Concerning your request for relief from the garnishment of your 2008 PFD,
because your educational loan permanently defaulted on November 3, 1989 and your
loan is in a non voluntary payment status ACPE has the authority to garnish your
PFD until your loan is paid in full. The energy rebate program established by
recent legislation includes the $1,200 energy rebate in the 2008 PFD
distribution, therefore subjecting it to garnishment as part of the statutory
PFD garnishment process. Additional information specific to garnishment of the
energy rebate portion of your PFD will be on the ACPE Web site at
www.AKadvantage.alaska.gov after August 26, 2008.




Relative to your request to drop the interest on your loan; your request is
denied. ACPE has an obligation to its stakeholders to responsibly operate its
loan programs, and cannot choose to remove interest when borrowers fail to make
payments.




Finally, ACPE finds this loan valid, due and payable and will continue
collection actions.

Hello Michael,
    You were asking people on some thoughts so it's happened we should not be
angry of things shared. yes we all have our own opinion. No one is asking others
to get so upset about them. We have to all make our own on what we are going to
do are read 'etc'. I do believe in God and, the best book to read on GOD THE
FATHER AND HOLY SPIRIT. Is the BIBLE. We are living in very terrible times, and
the worst mankind has to experice is on the way. The BIBLE talks of JESUS
RETURNING in the sky. We all know by now that there is something on the way,
Jesus is coming for righteous people. This could be him coming on the 12th
planet, it is in the same time frame as Jesus return. The best opinion is not
mine and others, it is the Bible. Micheal, it is good for all of us to share
thoughts we should not be angry people. There is so much of it in the world and
unforgiveness, besides all the terrible sins. Something big is going to happen.
This earth can,t keep going on like this, look at
  all the signs also in the earth changes, nuclear threats and so on and so on.
There's a saying don,t worry be happy. We can find some peace in our minds. The
best link to God is the Bible.

     I don't think of myself to be spiritual, , i believe in God the son and his
Holy SPIRIT They are all one, I'am a christian and to be a christian is daily
prayer and reading Gods word. Which i tend to get distracted from. And when i'am
am not keeping on it, my mind wanders to the sins of the world. Do you know that
Gods word is the only one that has to do with prophecy, that has been right on
target. We are all in for a lot of tribulation even the christains. Tribulation

little help from god!

Americans whether they are Republicans or Democrats, black, white or
Hispanic, atheist or evangelist need to know if they have been deceived
regarding 9/11 and Iraq.
People should concentrate all their thoughts and energies on just the
one issue!!! `World Trade Centre Building 7' They should
INDEPENDENTLY decide if there were lies and deceptions around How It
Came Down!
Take time to search on the Internet and watch it come down. Relax, have
a glass of wine or sip a beer watch how it comes down and then quietly &
calmly ask deep within yourself, Did it fall down? OR Was it brought
down? in other words was it demolished by a highly professional team?
If you believe the former then everything points to the politicians
being truthful in what they say.
However if you believe it was brought down, i.e. demolished then it
means that nothing the politicians say about the events of 9/11 can be
believed, because not one of them has tried to find out who did it!

The Journey of the soul through time,

My writings have taken on an emergence from myself and my channel to
become only one, Michel. There is purity to the writing and the
channel - that is Michel and his inspired, non-dimensional truths.
In using 'non-dimensional' I singularly refer to those teachings or
sharings of information and how they can be applied to our everyday
lives. However, as time has passed it has become more intertwined in
my everyday life. At first, even I thought this was an odd and
somewhat disconcerting avocation. But as time has passed the union
of self, higher self, and the non-physical Michel has become
exceedingly normal to me. I did not set about life to walk this path
but I know that sometime in my linear life's development I chose
this path that was laid out before. And either it was something one
could have resisted or given way to, not so much out of knowing
choice, but rather out of necessity. Now, it is a constant voice in
the back of my mind's eye that is clearer than views from what most
call intuition. I have learned to call this blended existence my
other half. I have seen spirit, manifestations of spirit during
birth and death cycles, witnessed UFO's, or rather identified Flying
Objects, from our mountain top retreat and seen the rain filled
skies open, giving way to clear blue, or midnight stars, while
lights from other places hang silently above.

The U.F.O. Incident

Some years ago, in the late fall, a friend with whom I shared a
karmic soul connection, Bonnie, was doing a channeling with me in
Pennsylvania. She and I decided to drive home that night. It was
late, quite late, but we decided to muster forth and head homeward,
a long drive. We followed the Beaverkill River along Old Route 17 in
New York. It was about 1am and we talked about her mom who had
channeled and the long shadow she cast. Bonnie and I met at an
N.D.E. (Near Death Experience) meeting. I recall the oddity of the
moment as Bonnie had been watching me from another room through the
cracked doorway. Finally, she came up to me and "You too?" and I
looked at her and smiled. I don't know why I smile in reply to
people's comments or greetings, I just do. I find it easier than
idle chatter and more pleasant. Plus, one just looks kinder and more
accessible when they smile. So usually I smile a lot, a curse of
habit.

We had a sibling-like friendship, deeply connected, simple, yet
complex. My channeling was a developed aftermath from a head injury,
coma and recovery period. Bonnie, had been born into it. If there
was a genetic link to the work. She inherited it and was very good
at it. Each of us embraced different abilities and styles.

As we drove it was very dark and clear. Then there was a light ahead
of us, yet overhead, it became brighter, very much brighter. We
became silent and the truck slowed, the interior light flickered as
if the truck was shutting off...Then it was four, yes FOUR hours
later. We awoke about a mile or so from where we had been, in an
empty pull off. It was 5 am. We were dazed, groggy and still in a
sleep haze. I remember going to speak and I had no voice. Bonnie was
thirsty as was I. We got out of the truck and I felt sore all over.
My legs had an odd ache to them and Bonnie was distraught and yet
familiar with these experiences. We both knew what had happened.

After gathering ourselves together she remarked that this had
happened before. She was concerned about me and I was really okay, I
was abducted the first time when I was very young. As we talked
about it we realized that our paths had many shared, unique areas
which we addressed with equal difference. Bonnie believed that there
was a pre-contract that existed, in agreement between the victim and
perpetrator, so in order to learn you pre-decided that you'd live
out one of these roles. I believed that if this was so, free-will
gave you the ability to release yourself from this type of
relationship role and choose to learn whatever possible lesson one
could derive from such a relationship in a more gentle manner. Now,
looking back, each of our views reflected our own life and its
experiences. My manner has been 'pull yourself up by your boot
straps', see the good, refocus and move onward.

A father's transition

One day we were at home fixing lunch. The phone rang and it was
Bonnie, crying unclearly, asking for help. She asked me to come to
her father's home. Upon arrival I found Bonnie on oxygen, state
troopers, and the local funeral director all gathered and all
seemingly distressed. Bonnie had just come from the market and
pulled in to take her Dad some groceries. The boot (as she called
it) was still open on her car with bags of groceries gathered in a
bunch. She had found her Dad in late summer on a very hot day,
passed away on the sofa. They think he had been dead for fifteen to
twenty days. Not an overly pleasant situation. I helped the funeral
director 'bag' her Dad.

Who would have thought

In the days to come we cleaned the house and she returned to
somewhat of her old self. Bonnie passed away a few years ago, almost
a year, perhaps slightly longer, after her Dad had passed. It was
not a nice way to go if she 'really' chose it before hand. I think
of her often, wondering if it was her belief system that shaped her
reality or if she had pre-contracted it. Each morning she greets me
as I have my morning coffee, while I look into the very large
mountain painting she did which hangs in the family room. She did
this particular painting when she was in Ireland. Perhaps, she knew
that one day it would hang in its proper place. As I write this I am
looking out at such mountains and thinking of my friend.

Life is a gift that leds us through unknown journies of unexpected
expriences. It is how we choose to act during these moments that
determine the course they will take.

Those memories that shade the thoughts and dreams of each of us,
over time, become framilair faces that welcome and honor the
relationships that were shared. Life goes on, and the dead deserve
to rest. Embrace the good that can be found in each person and
celebrate life.

I have found that when I get a Channeling from Michael Ellegion that I
receive the truth from a vary high perspective check him out. I have
been using him for 25 years as a channel for higher information, which
of course we all receive but few of us have the clarity to acknowledge
it and act upon it.
