Springfield, Mo physician Dr. Ramona Miller was convicted of "resisting arrest" because she hung on to her steering wheel on a dark Missouri road. She is now in the slammer for 6 months. Isn't this a little excessive?
It could happen to you.
The real travesty here is her talents could be used for community service at the very least.
Investigate the case yourself; find out 1st hand what it going on.
Then ask yourself why did Laclede County Associate Circuit Judge Larry Winfrey Jr. order Miller to serve six months in jail and pay a $500 fine.
Miller was found guilty at her trial for “resisting arrest” during a Camden County traffic stop. She was acquitted of the three traffic charges that led to the stop. So WHY IS SHE IN JAIL. How can you “resist arrest” for a “crime” you didn’t commit in the 1st place?
