Trikone Vancouver links up lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered and/or those questioning their sexuality, who are of South Asian origin - i.e. with ethnic ancestry in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burma, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and who live in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) BC. This of course includes those of South Asian origin who grew up in diasporic regions of Africa, Asia, Latin America, North America, Eurpoe, and Australia. Trikone Vancouver officially somes/came into existence on July 31st, 2005, at Vancouver's Pride March.
