Description

This list has been set up for discussion of any topic relating to the TRAX software supplied by Kestrel Railway Books. TRAX users can ask questions and discuss related topics. The owners will endeavour to supply additional information through this medium, and all members are encouraged to exchange views and experiences of using the software. The books currently available are "Wiring the Layout" by Jeff Geary and "Track Construction" by Jeff Geary and John Shaw.

Please note that by sponsoring this discussion group, Kestrel Railway Books and the authors take no responsibility for any views expressed within it, and do not undertake to answer all questions.

This list replaces the one set up previously on Topica. A summary of all questions and answers from that list has been added to the Files folder here.

Full details of the two TRAX books are available on the Kestrel Railway Books website:

Re: Just bought the book
Hi Paul, ... It stands for "Special Fine". I invented the 00-SF designation as a shorthand for "EM minus 2" when I created the pre-set gauges list for Templot.
