Join here for a discussion of traffic law defenses. That means that we learn to look up the laws for which we are charged, the defenses to those laws, and the rules which show how we must be processed through the system to make certain that the revenuers play by the same rules that we do.

We have three rules at this time. First, civility is the by-word.

Second, if a claim is made of the law which is challenged and seems to be in contradiction with normally understood procedures or laws, one will be required to support that claim with either black-letter law or case law.

Third, either produce the assignments or risk being moderated or unsubscribed. This is a place for people who are willing to work to secure their freedom. It is not a place for lurkers. If you are a lurker, save yourself the trouble of being unsubscribed unceremoniously.

We are on the same side. Allies don't treat each other like the enemy or expose their allies to harm from disinformation.
