This group is for quilters and sewers who are legally blind or who have severe vision problems.
We can get together here to discuss our sewing and quilting challenges as well as those pertaining to the use of our sewing machines. We can exchange ideas and support one another.
One of our many aims is to encourage the sewing machine industry to make sewing machines accessible for blind and visually impaired individuals by adding speech software.
Quilters and sewers with vision can also join as they will be welcome resources for the group.

New members will be briefly moderated in order to prevent our group from spam and the like. Unfortunately, this is a frequent occurrence with all groups.
New members will also receive a questionnaire which we hope they will answer and send in as a way to introduce themselves.
