What: Ski/snowboarding
When: December 29~31 (Saturday~Monday)
Where: Hakuba, Nagano

A brief description of what will happen on the event:
* Saturday (Dec. 29)
- Meet in Shinjuku at 7am
- Get on the bus
- Arrive in Hakuba at around 11:30am
- Check-in at the hotel
- Get the gear on
- Ski/snowboarding until 5pm
- Onsen (in-house)
- Dinner at 6pm
- Group party at the local gaijin bar

* Sunday (Dec. 30)
- Breakfast at 7am
- Get the gear on
- Ski/snowboarding until 5pm
- Onsen (in-house)
- Dinner at 6pm
- Group party at the local gaijin bar

* Monday (Dec. 31)
- Breakfast at 7am
- Get the gear on
- Ski/snowboarding until 4pm
- Onsen (in-house)
- Check out at the hotel
- Get on the bus
- Arrive back in Shinjuku at around 9pm

How much: 34,000yen
Price includes;
- Private bus transportation (round-trip)
- Three (3) day lift tickets
- Two (2) nights accommodation
- Dinner for Saturday & Sunday
- Breakfast for Sunday & Monday
- Onsen (in-house)
- Ski insurance

Optional;
- Boots & ski/snowboard set (3,000yen for 3 days)
- Ski jacket, pants & gloves set (1,500yen for 3 days)
- Goggles (1,000yen for 3 days)
- Ski/snowboarding group lesson (3,000yen for 3hrs)
- Private room for couples (4,000yen/person for 2
nights)

Take note the following:
- Itinerary may vary due to the weather, traffic
condition & other unavoidable circumstances.
- Mura no Hotel Shinya is only 7mins on foot to Happo
ski resort.
- Private room for couples available for extra charge.
- Extra 2,000yen rental fee if boots size bigger than
JPN 29.
- You must check-out of the room and put your
belongings in the big room before going
ski/snowboarding on Monday (Dec. 31).
- Lunch not provided but available at the ski resort.
- Ski/snowboarding group lesson is from 1pm until 4 on
Saturday and it's for beginners only.
- Vegetarian can be accommodated but advance notice
necessary.
- Soap, shampoo & rinse are provided in the onsen.
- Videos/movies available on the bus trip.
- Final details will be sent to the participants two
days before the event.

What to wear/bring:
- Winter/warm/thermal/extra clothes
- Ski jacket/pants (if you have any)
- Winter hat

- Towel
