This group is created to provide online communication among the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines Association (TOBSPA) members.

In 2009, the TOBSPA joins the 2 million members of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines in celebration of the 20th year of the Search for Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines (TOBS).
