This has some slight modifications (as well as the bugfix) to the -s
option, making it default
to including stubs for all other interfaces not specified as required.

By specifying -s-, the only symbols that are stubbed are those that are
required to get the specified coclasses and interfaces to compile.

I also added an option to the symbol files that allows you to specify
that only a stub is required (prefix '~').

The file 'tlb2h.doxygen' is designed to generate a 'Related Pages' page
that describes the options and usage for tlb2h.
