the irs has never tried to collect , it has been over 25 years since i was
audited , and then i got a refund. i have a stamp that prints [deposited for
credit on account or exhanged for non-negotiable federal reserve notes of face
value] when i was audited, i produced the front and back copies of my paychecks
to the irs man. he took a break and came back and told me that those checks
endorsed that way were not taxable income. i got in a hurry and open signed 3 of
my checks, those were the only ones i had that they said they could tax
that is the last i heard from them
