Description

This group is devoted primarily to conveying the experiences, legal knowledge and wisdom Barry Smith gathered over the last 20 years doing research and going in and out of both federal and state courts on civil and criminal matters and dealing with the IRS. Members of the group may post to the group BUT ONLY after they have familiarized themselves with the file RulesChecklistB4Posting.rtf. This file is automatically sent to the entire group every two weeks and to each new member. So, check your inbox. There is a reason for each and every one of these rules and I review each and every post for compliance with that checklist before approving it.

If you would like the groups input on your legal issue, fill out and follow the help request form found in this groups file section here http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tips_and_tricks/files/ and post it to the group.

The Yahoo group owner email address is consistently spammed. Send messages to me by posting them to the group where I will be sure to see it.

Again, before posting to the group, review the file RulesChecklistB4Posting.rtf if you want your post to make it to the group. Thanks for subscribing, Legalbear
