The Board is intended to increase interdepartmental communications and to the extent possible reduce waste. Many benefits can come from this Board. The Board can meet electronically, in a virtual world and as such, I am naming Tim Peace as Vice-Chairman and interim Secretary. Tim will orchestrate the initial structure and function as primary intermediary for information exchange. I will allow Tim the opportunity to expand on this under separate letterhead.

Please understand this is both a tool and a step forward in understanding the assets and resources available to us all with a combined goal of doing our jobs better for the citizens we serve.
