This is a group for thrift sailers in the Eau Claire area. That includes Altoona, Chippewa Falls, Elk Mound, Rock Falls, Caryville, Seymour, Cleghorn, Brackett and Fall Creek.

You can list your thrift sale, garage sale, church sale, yard sale, rummage sale, neighborhood sales, fund raising sale, on-line thrift sale, tag sale, moving sale, white elephant sale or whatever you want to call it! You may also post a sale that you've just been to. (Please do!)

Feel free to post your sale up to two weeks in advance telling everyone when, where and what kind of stuff you'll have. You will benefit from being specific! (ex: kids clothes -brand names- boys 2T thru 4T and girls 6 mo. thru 18 mo.) Be as vague or specific as you want to. You have the whole page! Please refrain from updates, though, because we don't want to fill up mailboxes with many posts from the same sale! You are also welcome to list your sale very far in advance by putting it on the calendar as an event. (Because they sure are events, aren't they?) :)

For the sake of easy sifting; please put what kind of sale it is and the location in the subject line. It would also be a good idea to list the dates as the first thing in your post. (Ex: Eau Claire sale, south side. June 13-15.)

Please be nice on this group. Anyone not being nice will be put on moderation or worse. One persons trash is another persons treasure. Let's leave it up to the individual to decide if a sale is priced well or has good stuff!

Above all....PLEASE keep this group clean. By that I mean THRIFT SALES ONLY! There are plenty of other sites where you can sell off your things one at a time, give items away, find an auction, advertise your business or find a puppy. Also- no comments, no tips, no drama. THANK YOU!
