During TOR I was talking to one of the sisters
about TV work and Conan's name came up. It seems that
they were all set to be on the show one night but the
show was running over so they didn't get to perform.
Bummer eh! Maybe they will get back on to Conan but I'm
pulling for Letterman myself.

Top Ten Reasons The
Pontani Sisters should be on Letterman.
10. Hey they
are already in N.Y.C.
9.Those cool head pieces

So...my main squeeze, Mike, said to me the other
day, "I bet that we'll see The Pontani Sisters on
'Late Night with Conan O'Brien' within 6 months". It
made me think, "I bet Conan would love that!". I
looked (very briefly) into this, but the show will only
take solicitation from an agent or manager. They won't
listen to some crazy girl like me.
What do y'all
think?! Someone of importance should pursue that...
As the song says; "Hot time, summer in the city".
Angie that does sound like one sweet show. I can't
think of a better way to spend a summer evening. Now to
figure out how to weasel some more time off out of my
boss!

Daddy-O
I'm so excited. We just booked a show in Coney
Island at "Burlesque on the Beach", formerly known as
"Tirza's Wine Bath". If you are going to be in or around
town on Friday, August 31st you should definitely come
down. This venue is great and the amazing surroundings
of Coney Island make for a very authentic Burly-Q
feeling. Fireworks on the beach at 9:30, a Nathan's hot
dog at 10pm and the whole show with me, Tara, Helen
and a bunch of very special guests at 10:15! Dana may
even appear and sing a tune. Mark your calendars for
this summer fun. Check out www.coneyislandusa.com for
more info and check out info on the Mermaid Parade,
too (our favorite day of the year)! Ahhh, summer in
New York!
I need some material for my webpage. I need
pin-up style pics (am or pro, doesn't matter), pics of
googie or tiki architechture, links, and whatever the
hell else ya feel like donatin'. I am working on my
bachelor's in computer science and I don't have the time to
mess with my webpage much. In the future I plan on
adding SoCal events, event pics,etc.
Thnaks,
pics, no porn please.
I love the Pontani Sisters! Their beauty is immeasurable, their enthusiasm
contagious and their dance moves and costumes are outta site! Sp glad to be a
part of their club!
Okay, I've been working on putting the pictures
online. When it's all done (in the next few days
hopefully), I'm going to send out links to the entire
Tease-o-rama mailing list.
In the meantime, though,
here's a sneak preview, announced on this board only!
There are still many more to come but for now, check
out the work-in-progress
at:
<a href=http://photos.yahoo.com/nuttmig

us!
Hi! So glad to be here. Still reeling from it
all, even though it's been a week... I think the
entire thing is picking up steam. Soon the entire
Tease-o-rama scene will be a universal phenomenon and the
Pontanis will be outselling Britney. (Better find someone
who can do the pyrotechnics.)
I didn't get any
pictures of the Pontani's acts, unfortunately. :( Low
lighting + slow camera speed + bad sight lines... not a
good combo. But I did get some great shots otherwise
that I will post soon.

Can't wait to do it all
again. Anybody here (Pontanis or otherwise), drop me a
line, I'd love to hear from anyone.

:)
mig

I spotted Helen Pontani at the Zegfield Theater
viewing of Moulin Rouge. She was wearing all black and
had a flashlight pen, taking notes in a journal that
had a picture of Sean Cassidy on the cover. I tried
following her, but she was swept away by helicopter.
It is wonderful to have you here. I've added all
of you to the founders list. So now that we have you
here what do we do with you? : ^) I know, if you would
like we can set up a chat sometime, invite some more
friends/fans or anything else you would like. I have some
video footage I need to send you when I get a chance to
do some editing.

Daddy-O
Those pictures are so great! Thanks to everyone
for posting. We didn't really have a chance to take
to many photo's ourselves so I love seeing them! We
are getting back to the regular Pontani schedule,
we'll be listing events in the calendar pretty soon so
give it a peek in a few days. Aside from our regular
weekly routine we are going to be in Boston on June 9th,
so if anyone is in the area come on down to Lilli's,
this club is great and we will be performing with The
Sugar Twins and Cocktail Angst. Hope everyone is doing
well!!
I got some film back yesterday from Tease-O-Rama.
I thought you guys might like to see them so take a
peek in the TOR 2001 photo album. I'll have more
coming but didn't want to let you have all of them at
once. See I've learned a little about the tease. ; ^

Say hi everyone, to Angie Pontani. Miss Pontani
did you bring your sisters along? You are all very
welcome here because afterall it is a club about you.
Tells us what the fabulous fun you have coming up.

Daddy-O
As someone who got to see the fantastic show at
TOR, I can vouch the Pontanis were incredible and
irresistable. I live in NY, but on the other side of the state.
Hopefully I can make it to the Big City for some shows
eventually. I will also try putting up some pics from TOR
2001 once developed. If you want to know who I am,
it's really easy to pick me out at the event since I
was the only Asian guy there.
*swoon*

*swoon*

*swoon*

(that's a swoon per
pontani!)

Glad to see the
girlies got a little club. I consider myself proud to be
leaving message #4! I'm looking forward to seeing you
Friday night at Windows!!!!!!!

xoxoxo
w
Well said, Daddy-o!! They are definitely
whirley-girls swirlin' up my whirley-world! There just aren't
enough nice things to say about them. Mike and I are
doing our part to spread the joy of the Pontani's - we
bought t-shirts for our friends all over the country!
If you were at Tease-O-Rama 2001 they you must be
in love with the Pontani Sisters. Angie, Helen and
Tara danced up a storm while making everyone smile.
What a show these women put on. High energy and fun
with some dazzling show(wo)manship thrown in. If you
haven't seen them perform, you must, if you have, you
want to see them again. They had to be the most talked
about performers at the show. I went nuts over them at
the walk through before the show even began. They
didn't walk through they did a dance through. Tapping
their way in to the hearts of everyone there. On
Saturday I was walking down Burbon St. The doorman at
Temptations (A high class strip joint) stopped me as I passed
by and ask me about my wristband. I said it was from
Tease-O-Rama. He pulled up the sleeve of his tux to show me his
and the first words out of his mouth were; "I Love
the Pontani Sisters and so does my girlfriend! They
are just so damn cute." New Orleans will never be
quite the same since the sisters hit the town.
