I know it is always my consciousness first ~ that provides the avenue through
which God's ever moving gifts of universal abundance may flow.  Right now, I
Am the adventurous heart, as I experiment with the limitless and
unprecedented in my life.  As I open my heart to receive of greater
manifestations of Divine and freely moving opulence than ever before.

I know that i I can give a thing to myself first ~ I am always delighted and
awesomely surprised, as I see the new thing immediately and spontaneously
manifest ~ for I am one with that which causes every good thing to spring
forth in my life.  I am one with that which causes everything to come out
superbly and right; so I joyously set the perfect stage of my consciousness,
now ~ to treat myself to lavish wonders, supreme.

I relax and contemplate, now ~ the gift of overflowing good I would most like
to experience; and indeed, I right now embrace it and enfold it   within my
heart.   Silently, secretly and even before I have seen ~ I am rejoicing, as
I treat myself to wealth, to the welcome release and freedom from every
burden and restriction.  I treat myself to peace and the manifestation of my
Heart's Desire.  I am expanded heart ~ receiving.

With my beloved God, now, I transcend barriers of the past and move from
desire to absolute ~ I have ~ from being on the outside to being on the
inside of my good and from being apart to being one.  As God within me
creates ~ God without demonstrates.  And I am overjoyed.  God is the giver
and the gift ~ the resplendent action of it all.  I am the receiver.  I am
one with that which ever causes everything in my life to flow over with
jubilant and joyous increase; for I am one with God.

As I treat myself to the joyous and spontaneous fulfillment of my Heart's
Desire, now.  It is so fabulous, rejuvenating and freeing.  I am so thrilled
and awed, as I witness how it all comes about.  Oh!  I love my freedom to
experiment with Divine and lavish good.  I love that I can speak my word of
good, and it is.  I love that I can increase whatever I choose, and I love
how God always manifests that with which I have accepted within.  I am so
free.  Life is so joyous.  I am abounding in bliss, and peace and sweet
satisfaction.  I am in complete cosmic union with my good, and my cup runneth
over ~ as my entire Heart's Desire, which I now treat myself to ~ unfolds its
bounty to me.

UNEXPECTED INCOME PROGRAM

"I AM A STEWARD OF INFINITE WEALTH"
~ AND I USE THE WEALTH THAT I HAVE

      Right now I take time to appreciate and love the abundant life I have.
I would not have it any other way.   I recognize that God has given me all
for my good use, and I rejoice that I can call upon whatever I require ~
without limit for any good purpose of peace, joy, increase or happiness.  And
there is always immediately plenty and to spare.

      I have a first class consciousness, and right now I obliterate the idea
that there is ever any need for lack, or for me to accept less than the best
~ to make do or to compromise!  It is not a reality ~ not for a moment., for
me or anyone else on my Father's Good Earth.  I realize that money and all
forms of God's Lavish Supply stand forever as a clear reflection of all that
is good, true, beautiful and One with Self-Existent Cause!

      I recognize that my Father's Bounty extends, not only to me, but also to
all in the Kingdom ~ without fail and without exception.  And I recognize
that each activity and being of life is actually The Wealth of God in Form!
Thus I handle moneys and all forms of supply with the same love and care, as
I would any other Divine Power or Energy ~ entrusted to me.  I Am a great
utilizer, distributor, circulator and investor of my Father's Wealth, and
everything I do prospers.  There is no apartness between money, my God and me
for all is One in prosperous harmony.  The life of my finances is God's Life
~ robust, lavish and true, and I treat it accordingly.

       I hold no one above or below me, and I pay all bills and obligations
with gratitude and ease ~ happy to sustain the life that sustains me.   I am
never resentful in holding up my end of the Divine System.  And I have no
reason to despise, resist or deny the Great Energy of God as Money  ~ for I
see only the good everywhere.  My joyfulness in giving makes me a top
receiver.  I am always magnetic and dynamic in attracting supply.  I live in
a world of resplendent wealth and lavish means ~ One with the consciousness
of limitless supply.  I know no good reason to fear or to go without, and I
keep company always with other beings of abundance awareness ~ that we may
ever rejoice together, as we experience, celebrate and circulate our Father's
Kingdom of Good.  The rest have naught to do with me!

      Thank You God ~ for the lavish life that is mine.  I am so pleased!
Thank You for the magnificent increase that comes to me so speedily, now and
that satisfies me so greatly.  As I focus now on my new purpose of good,  I
know all that I can use is immediately mine ~ provided in perfect and right
ways.  I am A money magnet of Love and my cup runneth over.  As I harmonize

to that discerning gaze a view altogether different from that held by most
observers.

<br>  With  the  candles  lit,  incense  and  the beautiful sound of  "OM"
  by  Master  Choa Kok SUI   (  from  the  Pranic Healing  Association  )  we
  started  the  transmission  meditation routine.  We  prayed the  Great 
Invocation
   and  then,  into  silence  and concentration  on  our  ajna  center  ( spot
  between  our  eyebrows  )  while  closing our  eyes.  Transmission Meditation
  was  done  exactly  from  7:30 PM  -  8:30  PM.</br>

<br>  Towards  the end,  Erica  commented  to   me  how  did  I  do  it  ?
  She told  me  that  all  aorund  me  was a white  light,  with  about  19  rays
  in  exact  alignment,  one  longer  than  the  other.  I  reviewed  how  I
  was  feeling  at  that  moment.....I  can  feel  tingling  around  my  feet,
  and  warmth  around  my  body  especially  at  my  head  part.  As  far  as
  her  question....I  really  didn't  do  much.....just  being  quiet  and 
constantly
  hearing and concentrating on the  word  "OM".....Tonight,  the  difference  is 
that  I  changed
  our  musical  background  to  "OM, the Sound of Mala"  by  Master  Choa  Kok
  SUI   and  there  are   only  two  of  us  instead  fo  three  people.  SO
  that  we  were  unable  to form  a  triangle,  but  happened  is  that  we
  had  individual  transmission.</br>

<br>Erica  wanted  me  to  lay  hands  on her  afterwards.....she  had  a
lingering
  headache  from  days  before.   After  healing  prayer  and  laying of  hands,
  she  told  me  her  headache  was  instantly  gone......and  didn't  come
back  for  the  following  days....and  weeks.......</br>

<br>Erica  was  commenting  also  how  my  aura's  color  is  changed  the
last   days.....if  it  is  not  light  blue....it  is  white.......becomes
  bright  white  whenever  I  do  meditation........</br>


<br>I  noticed  a  gradual  transformation  occurring in me....I  always  think
about  God, how to help  others  in  my pathway  and if  given the chance,
  start talking about  God's love and sprituality.....how  it  interrelates to
our daily living.....and  my  friends, esp at  work seem  to  start 
listening.....I
  had  two  requests  to  get  them  started on meditation  because they simply
  feel  stressed-out........I  am also in the process of  sorting out my work
schedule to fit  in this responsiblity and also taking care of the family and
finances.  A lot of changes  recently had been happening.  I  am  just  waiting
  for the outcome  and  works  of  The  Masters. I know  they  will provide a
way  for me  to  carry on   this  important  task  of service  and  make
transmission
  meditation known to rest of us that us whole !.</br>

RESOURCES  that will give you  THE STRENGTH, POWER LIGHT , LOVE ,ORDER AND
PERSEVERANCE .  This  can  be  learned  right  now  if  you dont know  how ! 
As a result,  you  are  a  person  who is  living   life to the fullest,  is 
happy, content, attracting  positive  love  experiences, of vibrant health and 
peaceful disposition.
But mind  you,  this   person never  stopped in  their  quest  of  life  that 
should  be  the  best  way  possible!

This  doesnt mean always  involving  yourself/giving up yourself  to 
God.(being a minister, rabbi  or  priest ) depends  on  how  you  view 
it..There are people who  chosed this vocation, yet  they are not happy..and
end up doing the worst of this situation

This doesnt mean leaving your families  and become a missionary. And  making 
their lives and yours miserable

It is  about  DOING  the  things  that will actually  make  the  INNER    YOU 
HAPPY  and  CONTENT ..that  the  INNER  you  says  that   this  is  WHO  I  AM
AND  WHAT  I  AM  TO  DO  !

You can just  be  merely   a  worker  and  raising  your  familyyet  you  are 
filled   ..
Or you can be  professional..and  whatever  talents  given  to  you  was  used 
to the fullest..

Or  you  can  a  musician   and  these talents  will be  used  to  bring  love  
and God  closer  to   peoples  hearts.

Or  you  can  be   a   scientistmaking  a  great  contribution  in science 
and evolution  such  as  Edison, inventing electricityor the person who
invented  computers  and  chips  and   nothing else is  expected   of  you but
to do these  things.

DO NOT  BE  TOO HARD  ON  YOURSELFFIND  YOURSELF   ..That  is   the  most
important  part !

If your  lifes  purpose  is  to  be  Gods  disciple  and  you are  one of the
144,000  people  incarnated here  on earth  to be included in the  FIRST WAVE 
of  ASCENSION,  then  you  should  lose  no time  in  finding  yourself.for 
there  is  a  lot  to  do  to  make  it  happen !   A  lot  of  soul-searching,
transformation..service

This   can  be  you..As  a  matter  of  fact  , most  people  here  on  earth 
are  like  thisYou  may not  admit  this  but  trillion  minus  the  144,000 
who  will  ascend  soon   gives  us  a  tremendous  ballpark figure, isnt  it 
?

You  do not  want  to go outside  of  your  comfort  zone..your  bed..because
of  what  you  think..first  of   all,  FEAR  is  the  foremost  in your 
mind..you   are  just  afraid  to  face  life.because  you  are  afraid 
to make  mistakes, to sin, to lose your ego, your money, your savings, waste
your time, to share your feelings to others, or others to hurt your feelings, or
go into crisis situations, simply afraid of anything that will disrupt your
daily routine.

You are just  contented  because  you  are  breathing  , of  course , with  the
help  of  some  life  force out  there.who  cares  what  it  is, as long  as
youre  breathing, right ?    You  are  eating  OK,  who  cares  what  I  eat 
as  long  as  I  feel  full  and  is  alive,  isnt  it  ?  Somebody  takes 
care  of  me,  my  daily  routine ,  activities  of  daily  living  as  we 
term  it  in  medical arena..My  day  completed..day  after  day.somebody 
does  some  exercises  for  me  ..may be  three  times  a week,  I  like  itI
dont  have  to  expend  much  time  and  energy..

Most  of  all,   I  do  not  have  to  think  much.because  life  goes  on 
anyways.if  I  do not  learn,  I  will  still  be  taken cared  of  .they 
know  what  to  doI  surely  do  not  want  to  worry  muchto  learn  is  so
nerve  wracking  !  and  the  more  I  learn,  the  more  they  will  expect  of
me  to  do  more..maybe  they  will  force  me  to  get  out  of  bed.but 
that  HURTS  A  LOT  !   I  do  not  want  PAIN   in  my  life  !   No  way  !  
I  will  just  stay  the   way  it  is  !  I  love  this  .no  STRESS  !   no 
matter  what..later  on.we  will  all  die  anywaysI  am  happy  as  I  am 
right  now.it  is  not  so  comfortable I  know   but  I  accept  this.
because  there  are  times  I  needed  to  turn  around but  there  is  nobody 
out  there  at times.but  they  came  around  always
Anyways  sooner  or  later

I  love  my  bed.I  love  the  breathing  machine   and  the  food   ..I  do 
not  have  to  look  for  itThe  only  thing  I  do not like  much  is  I 
stink  especially  if  they  dont  clean  me  up  good..It  is  hard  because
I  dont  know  how  to  move  my  muscles,  my  arms.but  somebody  will  do 
it  for  me  anyways..they  love  me..it  is  good  to  have  all the
attention  and  loveI  think  I  will  stay  this  way






This  person  loves  the  situation  they  have  at  this time  and  no  desire 
to improve  because  of  their  greatest  friend  FEAR  is  always  at  their 
side.  They  have   NO  IDEA  that  Life  is  far  more   enjoyable  and  rich 
when  you  expend   more  energy..to  get  to   know  moreexperience  more.

Do  you  want  to  be  this  kind  of  person  ?  It  is  your  choice really!

We  are  only  here  because  we  want  to  share  with  you  the rewards  of 
continually to Not  giving  up KNOW  MOREbecause  the  more  you  are filled, 
the  more  you  have  to  spill the  contents  to  somebody  else,  so  the 
more  can  be  filled in your  cup  !


That  is  what  I  realized  ..that  I  can  continue  to   have  my  cup 
filled  and  so  easy  to  give  some  away.and  the  more  I  felt  I  get 
filled  ..


I  know  my  choice  is  No.  1.

I  asked  Erica  and  Elaine  and  their  choice  is  No.  1  also.

Can  you  blame  us  in  our  choice  ?

BASIC SPIRITUALITY TEACHING:
TRANSMISSION MEDITATION

It  is  very important to be prepared for meditation.  Most of us,  especially
myself, when I was new at this, wasn’t
comfortable for fear that  “another spirit” may take over myself.  In fact,
that was the very teachings of most
churches   that I have been too.   But.....I  still gave it a benefit of the
doubt.  My first encounter with  meditation
takes  me a long  way back in my college days.  My  cousin, Kuya Obet   had
a book entitled “Transcendental
Meditation.” It was just laying around and nobody wanted it until I took good
care of it. I   said to myself, “heavy
stuff.”  I started reading it, didn’t understand it much, except that it
explained
that there is a whole “new  world”
out there ....that our subconscious mind  is the biggest part of ourselves,
  conscious part only a small fragment.
Imagine.....living  right now, in this reality is only a “small”  part of
myself.
   I  just went as far as trying out the
basics of meditation  ----  deep  breathing in and out,  and trying to let go
of the physical  body until it  feels
“numb” or you feel you  are  flying “up there”.    Didn’t  go  much  farther
  for  it  was hard  getting there.  Plus
this  guilty  feeling that I am  disobeying  our  church’s  rule....I might
  go to  “hell.”

Do you still feel the   same  as I did  when I  was younger  ....that 
meditation
  can  get  you to hell  ?  I  hope  not !

Meditation is the  first  way to  contact our  soul.....then  communicate  with
  GOD.......why  would  it  bring  us
to  a  place  of  torment  where by  we can  communicate  with  GOD  ?

Set   aside  you  OLD  BELIEFS    and  MOVE   ON  WITH  YOUR  LIFE  !  Life
  is  about  moving
forward.....your  age  moves  forward  right  ?  then  your  heart
....mind.....and
  spirit....should  move  forward  too,
especially in relationship  with  God  !      Have  you  bought  a  copy  of
  NEWSWEEK  recently  ?   JESUS  is in
the  front cover  and  it  talks  about   the  POPE   going  to  Palestine
and  retracing  olden  roots.... it  talks  about
the  similarities  between  Buddhism.......Christianity......His  Holiness,
the  Dalai Lama   and  Pope....... this is the
very concept that had taken me in awe these last ten years ! Now, it is becoming
a  reality check ! For sure, I know
I know I am in the right path...........
Jesus  is  right  now  in  Rome, the Vatican  City.........working  with  the
  Catholic  Church............
Maitreya,  The  World Teacher, is  in  London.    They  have  , with   them,
  their  ascended   bodies .........

So ,  why  am  I  pushing  for   “transmission  meditation” as the  core of
our  teachings and  why  is  it  so
important.....???????        Because  of  the  changes  happening  to  us.
  More and  more  wisdom....more  force
and  energy  to  do  God’s  work......in face  of  reality  day  to  daily
life  challenges,   there is  this  force  driving
me  to  get  to  the  bottom  of  the  GREAT  WISDOM............and  day to
day life  challenges  are dealt  with
acceptance  and  without  judgment.......

1.  You can form a group of three  people.  Three  makes  a  triangle.
Four makes two triangles...that is why you are very important if you join
us !

I will explain  in detail  how  this  prayer should be visualized  next time.





3.  Now,  sit preferably, toes touching  ground, spine straight.  Close
your  eyes.  We  use  aromatheraphy  with candles, incense, healing
music, anything that will bring our senses  down  and raise our
consciousness.  Of  course,  quiet.  We do not  answer our phones.

Put your concentration in the middle of your eyebrows, while you  have
your eyes  closed.  This is  what you  call  the  AJNA CENTER ... this
is the POINT OF  CONTACT  of your  soul  and  body ..........Just
empty  your  thoughts......I  mean  EMPTY  it  ....EMPTY  means
nothing  in  it  !   When  something  fills  it.....like  what  you  will do

next  ....who’s  at  the  door....have  to  prepare  my  clothes for
tomorrow’s  work.....simply    STOP .......REALIGN  your  mind  ....you
can  say  the  word  OM  aloud  or  in  your  mind ......this  will
connect  you  back  ( OM  means  GOD ) ......Simple....mind  drifting
and  filling  up.....say  the  word  OM........look  into  the  mid  eyebrow

with  eyes  closed..........

God  will only  transmit His  energy  if  you are in  alignment  with  Him
........You  want  God  in  your  life  actively and  fast  ?   Just  do
transmission  meditation  !  This  is  the  best  thing  that  happened  to

humankind....because  it  is  time............a  lot  of  people  are  getting

anxious....wants  to  know  more  about  God..... where is  the  truth  ?
God  Himself,  will infill you  with  His  truth..........just  let 
HIM.....Just

be  there  ......same  time.... and  He  shall be there  for  you  also........


And  so,  we  had  our  meditation ....  I  felt  quick  jolts  towards the
middle  of the
session.........so  with  Elaine......... Erica  was  very  quiet...she  felt
  she  had  gone  to  sleep  ?  I  doubt  it.  She
always  go  into  deep meditation   fast  .....   The  next  week,  me  and
  Elaine  is  feeling  this  tingling  at  our
feet  and  legs.............and  Elaine  was  given  a  pathway that  proved
  to  her  that  this  is the way........She  met
some  people  from  another  church, went  out  with them....and  I  told 
her.....it
  is  meant  to  happen  and  let  it
be.......  this is her decision, as always...... she  saw  the  difference
in  their  beliefs  and  saw  the
“narrow-mindedness”  that  can  happen ....the  worst  is  when  a  group 
infringes
  on the  “free will”  of  another
person ........and  this  is  what  she  cannot  accept........ The  next  weeks
  that  followed,  she  was  looking
forward  and  eagerly  to  meditate with  me and hear  more  spiritual  truths.
  She  began  asking  me  more  and
more  truths  and I began  explaining and  explaining  what  the bible   really
  says  to  us,  in  a  more truthful
way...that  is   with  LOVE  that  God    has  for  us  all the  time  and
for  always  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   It means these truths will make an impact in your life that it will make your

word of mouth, written (books, writings)  but don’t you know that  WORDS  are
the poorest bearer of  truth ?

It is  because,  just right now,  if you not exposed to these  “new  concepts”
  and have been  exposed to previous beliefs,  MY  WORDS  right now  will have
a  very  “NIL  IMPACT”  on you…..it is because of  our very nature …..you 
constantly
screen  new  ideas  and constantly have to  “judge”  it if fits right for you.
  Most of the the time, you will close up  your  mind   if the  INNER  YOU  tells
  you  not to  trust  these new concepts…….the INNER  YOU  tells  you  this
can’t  be  right  and  I  AM  right  …….the  INNER  YOU  tells  you  not  to
  deviate  from  what  you’re used to….growing up  because  it  is  scary  to
  go  by  yourself  and  leave  the others  you  love  behind you  because  they
will never  believe  in this  new concept……

``.. Don’t you know that  WORDS  are the poorest  TOOL  of  communication 
towards
  God  ?

SO,  which  are the  best  ?

LIFE  EXPERIENCES !

They are the  best  teacher  of  all !

God  teaches  us  mainly  through  our  LIFE  EXPERIENCES !    Why  don’t  you
  put  into  your  own  experiences  what  you  learn  from  words  and  decide
  for yourself  that  it  does  work  ? Turn it around and you will  make life
easier !

God  will  also  use  FEELINGS  -   which  is  the  LANGUAGE OF THE SOUL !
  It  is  difficult  to  discover  …..difficult to acknowledge….but  you  have
  this  day in and day out…..You express  yourself  and  communicate  to  the
others  by telling them of  your  feelings, isn’t it ?


Deep, hidden  in your deepest  feelings …….is your  highest  truth   ……. 
Discover
  it  ?  It  entails  you  to use  the  very  techniques  which  we  are talking
  about  here.  And this is the very  reason  for  this  website  and  study
group !  So, take advantage of it !

God  will also  use  your thought ……..images  and  pictures ……ever  since  you
  are  a child,  you  have  created  trillions  of  images  and pictures in your
mind !  So,  God,  Who is the MASTER  Creator  will  also use these tools to
get  to you !  Have you ever dreamed  about  something ?  Did  you  see flashes
  of this and that  suddenly  ?


God  uses  WORDS  only  when   feelings, thought, experiences  doesn’t impact
you …….when all of these fail…….or  doesn’t create a change in you …..As I told
you before, words can come directly from God, or from a fellow human being or
  in written forms ….and they are the   LEAST  effective of all  because they
are often MISUNDERSTOOD  or  MISINTERPRETED    …….
I personally learned a lot  (WORDS)  through my upbringing in Catholic  schools
  and  the  Sunday  masses  in  church  during childhood.  God also communicated
  with me through  my   experiences with my  parents  who made  a  great impact
on my life then (we depend on our parents a great deal )   God communicated
a great deal  with  me also in my  THOUGHTS …..I constantly will have these
thoughts …evaluating what my parents are doing to me  and drawing up conclusion
that  LOVE  cannot  be  given  conditionally,  because I  am in control of my
  own  desires  and dreams ……. I would write a  personal  journal  whenever
I  am  upset  ( now,  God  was  communicating  with  my  feelings )   and I
would  talk to  God  that  this  is  not  right…..then  what  is  really  right
  ?
One early  morning,  during my  college days,  I was  studying  during the
wee hours  (  just  as  this time I am writing this -  around  3:00  am  )
Suddenly,  I  felt  God  talking to  me……..I  felt  crying  deep  inside 
me……and
  He  was  telling  me…..”my  child,  I have  a purpose  for  you  ……”   and
  I asked….. and  asked…….no  more  answer…….

Until   one  day,   I  was  very  depressed  and  crying  out  loud  while
driving  my  car  to  work…..this  was approximately  15  years  after  I  hear
  God’s  voiceless words  ….and  He  said  once  again …..”  My  child,  don’t
  you know that I love  you v ery much ?” ……and  that  was  it …. I  felt  this
  Love  pierce  my  heart ….my  heart actually expanding  or  bursting and 
me….crying
  out  more….deepest feelings…..that’s  how  God  really  comminucated……so I
would  believe……..And  I  answered  him  back  ….”thank  you…….thank  you “…….


God is always  expressing  to me  as  my parent, because  He  knows  my  deep
  longing  for  a  real parent  that  can express  a  love to me unconditionally,
  no matter  who I  am, no matter   what I am doing ….no matter  what  my 
circumstances
  in life…….

But  God  can reveal  himself  to     you  in many, many  ways………as  your 
Father,
Mother, Friend, Brother, Sister…….Guide, Teacher………Angel, Saviour…..

What is important  is that you use  God’s tool of communication  and able to
receive  his  ways of  communicating with  you !  Don’t  block Him  out  by
your  preoccupation with  life’s  dramas…..constant  mumbling  of  prayer  words
  that really mean  nothing  within  your  hearts …….Follow  what  secrets  God
  has  revealed  to  us  starting  from  day  1 …….follow  what  the  Masters
  did to their  lives  and  how  it  transformed  them  !  It  is  TIME  TO
MAKE  A CHANGE  and  CREATE  THE  LIFE  THAT  YOU  WANTED  AND   DREAMED  OF
   BEFORE  COMING  DOWN HERE ON EARTH !
  IF  YOU  ARE DISTRESSED  WITH  WHAT  IS  HAPPENING  IN YOUR LIFE…..this 
distress
within  you  tells  you  that  you  are  not  really  fulfilling  life’s 
purpose……..take
  a vision  in your  life…….where  are  you headed ?  EXAMINE  YOUR  LIFE  RIGHT
  NOW.   The life  experiences  that  is happening  right now….it  is  giving
  you  internal  JOY , LOVE and PEACE  ?   DO you  see   and  hear  God 
constantly
  in your  life,  in your  home,  work, while  driving  your  car ?  Do  you
  see  and hear  God  in your fellow  worker, your  family and friends ?   Do
you treat  everybody  with respect, reverence and awe  realizing that  God
lives in them ?  You are capable of  LOVING  everybody  !   Liking  what  they
  do  is  another  thing ! You don’t  have  to  LIKE  everything they  do  but
  surely,  you  can  love  them – unconditionally,  without  judgment….that is
what God  wants us to  do !.  I  tell you  because  of this  love  to  everybody
  else, that you are loved  back in return…..and  receiving  LOVE  comes  with
it  bountiful gifts ……..of  joy, peace, wisdom, health, wealth……………..


And   the    PATHWAYS   that  will   lead   you  to  experience  this inner
transformation  is  these  two  things  :

With  all  means  of  aromatherapy, visual  and auditory stimuli  we can have,
  we  started  our transmission meditation . Prayed   “ The  Great Invocation”
Prayer, and reminded  everybody  to  focus  on  the area  between the eyebrows,
  and simply  just  forget  about  everything that  is happening  physically
around us,  just  empty  out  our  minds…..and  if  thoughts  come ,  say the
  word  “OM “  and let his  reverberate  in  our body……concentrate  back  on
the  AJNA  CENTER  (  between eyebrow)  This area  is the connection  between
the  SOUL  and  BODY ……… for  about one hour, we  did it !  ( we are  definitely
improving on this !)   Everybody  was concentrated    and felt  good   about
  this !

We  layed  hands  on one another  and  prayed  with  visualization of the  Great
  emerald   green  LIGHT descending  upon  our body,  each  cells  of  our body
  zapped  with  his  laser-like  Green  Healing  light…………..zap  away the  cold
  virus ………


TILL  OUT  NEXT   LVSSG   !     There  was  no session  March  2  &  9  ….only
  healing session  if  requested  …..Thank  you  !

I taught my poetry society group how to meditate today with a poem I wrote
related to ECKANKAR. It was a beautiful experience to sing my song and watch
their faces as they closed their eyes and relaxed. One man came up to me
afterwards and said he had never been able to meditate; but today he started
doing it as we did the exercise. God is so good to give us the way to reach
others with His Holy Spirit. I got your other e-mail, also. There is not a
lot of time to write much right now; but I will try to answer more when I
can get the chance. I am glad to hear you are doing well and work is going
good. I know what it is like to have to work several jobs to support your
children. With the help of Holy Spirit you can do it.

Meditation reduces atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients

Stroke 2000;31:568-573



Stress reduction using transcendental meditation is associated with a reduction
in carotid atherosclerosis, according to a study in the March issue of Stroke:
Journal of the American Heart Association.

A team of researchers, led by Dr. Amparo Castillo-Richmond, of the College of
Maharishi Vedic Medicine in Fairfield, Iowa, studied 138 African American adults
with high normal blood pressure or stage 1 or 2 hypertension.

They

were randomly assigned to either a meditation program or an education program
about cardiovascular disease risk factors.


For 6 to 9 months, participants in the meditation group meditated for 20 minutes
twice a day, while the education group performed home exercises for the same
amount of time each day.

Due to limited funding, pre- and post-test measurements of carotid intima-media
thickness (IMT) were available for only 60 participants.

However, the researchers did not detect any differences between those who
completed
the study and those who did not.

At the end of the study, the mean IMT declined by 0.098 mm in the meditation
group, but it increased by 0.054 mm in the health-education group.

The researchers estimate that the decline in the meditation group indicates
an 11% reduction in the risk of acute myocardial infarction and a 7.7% to 15%
drop in stroke risk.

"The results have potentially important implications for the prevention and
treatment of atherosclerosis and its clinical and epidemiological consequences,"
the authors conclude.

In a comment to Reuters Health, Dr. Castillo-Richmond said that she and her
colleagues now are attempting to reproduce the findings in a larger group of
subjects.

Welcome.  Even if you’re on-line, your thoughts are with us during this time
   God likes that.

We began by some  spiritual teachings  below.  The BIBLE  is one  great source
of wisdom teachings from God.  GOD WITHIN YOU   was the writers’ inspirations
during those times.  For the new millenium, GOD  is continuing to inspire
countless
of beings, as their  FRIEND  also  ,because they elected to be God’s messengers
and be of service to the SOURCE of  ALL  THAT IS !




BIBLICAL MESSAGES ON PRAYER :

“ Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he will hear thee; And thou shalt
pay thy vows, Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto
thee; and light shall shine upon thy ways “  - Job 22: 27, 28

“Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken
up and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe
that what he saith cometh to pass; he shall have it.”  - Mk. 11:23

“Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”
   Heb. 11:1

“ Delight thyself also in Jehovah; And he will give thee the desires of thy
heart”  Ps 37:4

This  shows  how  important it is do affirmative prayers.   To affirm anything
is to assert positively that it is so, even in the face of all contrary
evidence.
  This is a powerful test of our faith.  I have proven this over and over again
– and the more faster the results if  this affirmative prayers are said with
the deepest emotions – that is with LOVE  !!!


“ Then  said  Jesus unto His disciples, If any man will come after me, let him
deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”  -  Mt.  16:24

All  systems for spiritualizing the mind include denial.  Today, many interpret
the above-quoted saying of Jesus as meaning like this:  If any man wants to
please God, he must give up  about all the enjoyment and comfort he has.  This
is why many young people say “ When I am old, I will be  a  Christian, but not
now for I want to enjoy life awhile first.”

What it really means is this :  The  word  DENY  has two definitions, according
to Webster. To deny in one sense, is to withold from or to declare to be not
true, to repudiate as utterly false.  To deny oneself, then , is not to withold
comfort or happiness from the external man, but it is to deny the claims of
error consciousness, to declare these claims to be untrue !

For example , we have believed wrong about God and about ourselves – We have
believed that God was angry with us and that we were sinners who ought to be
afraid of Him. We have believed that we have pleased God best when we became
so absolutely subdued by our troubles as to be patiently submissive to them
all, not even trying to rise out  of them or to overcome them. All is this is
false ! false !

So, the first step toward freeing ourselves from our troubles is to get rid
of our erroneous beliefs about God and about ourselves !

“Your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things “   Mt.
6:32

“These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that
your joy might be full”    Jn. 15:11

“ Whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father for you: for the Father himself  loveth
you”
Jn 16:24-26

The difference between a regular prayer  ( mostly supplication ) and an
affirmation
is that in prayer we are usually humbly asking for something, and in an
affirmation,
we are actually commanding the Higher Power to flow through us constructively
to create whatever perfection it is we are affirming.
So if you have to pray, make it an affirmation or deny any troubles, sickness,
negativity you might see or feel.
  Any  prayer  done with feelings of love, compassion,empathy  is very powerful
!!!


ON       MEDITATION:

“The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle and easy
to be entreated,  full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without
hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make
peace.   James 3: 17,18

“ God is a spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in
truth”
John 4:24

“ You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free” John 14:8
“But  the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my
name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance,

Matt 6:6  is the the most powerful explanation of the highest form of prayer:


MEDITATION

Meditation is, depending   on the meditation, a more or less scientific means
of contacting the soul, and of eventually becoming at-one with soul. That is
the basic purpose of meditation of any kind.





Entering into closet – means  quieting yourself, going within , enter into your
own mind

Shut the door behind thee – shut off your outer senses to the world around you


Pray to   the Father which seeth in secret – commune or become One with Higher
Universal Consciousness

Seek light from the Spirit of Truth within you ! Go alone. Think alone. Seek
light alone, and if it does not come at once, do not be discouraged and run
off to someone else to get light. God will reveal Himself to you, in His own
way, in His own time ! The result of such meditation will be the revelation
that we have within us Total Power, Total Wisdom and Total Love !


Transmission meditation is a way of serving the world. Unlike many forms of
meditation, it attracts to it only those people who have a drive to serve.

This desire to serve manifests itself in an individual only that person has
made some degree of contact with his or her own soul. Because it  is  his/her
own soul which desires to  serve.

THE NATURE OF THE SOUL IS TO SERVE !

Transmission meditation provide a simple, easy form of very potent service to
the world and a fast method of personal growth . This is the side effect of
the transmission meditation process.
Transmission meditation groups acts a s sub-stations. Our Higher Power sends
spiritual energies throught he chakras of the individuals participating in these
groups.
When our group meet and sound together aloud  THE GREAT INVOCATION, which has
been given to humanity for this purpose in 1945 by Maitreya – this will give
us a technique for invoking energies which would transmform the world and
prepare
for His Coming.

ADVANTAGES   OF  TRANSMISSION GROUP MEDITATION

In just one year of  intensive , consistent transmission meditation, you can
make the same kind of   advancement   as in 10-15 years of personal meditation.

You may or may not  be aware of the enrgies; some feel the energies very clearly
and powerfully; some do not feel them at all.
This work, however, leads to  very profound changes in the individual. Most
people, within six months ro a year of starting transmission meditation, realize
the changes in themselves, recognize that they are becoming different- a better
person. People find that they can experience, and demonstrate , LOVEm more
easily.
They find that thir minds are more stimulated and creative. They may find that
they have more discipline, more determination, more consistency int heir
approach
to work. People see their group members becoming more radiant, softer, more
loving ---in a word – more spiritual!

A number of people receive HEALING , spontaneously, during the transmissions.


The techniique involved is very simple and is  applicable to anyone above the
age of 12 years.
Transmission meditation does not interfere with any other form of meditation
which you might do.
All  that you are asked to do in a transmission meditation is to hold attention
at  the ajna centre between the eyebrows. That is all!

You will find, however, that your attention will wander form this centre. When
you realize this has happened, you sound , inwardly, the mantra OM, or think
OM, and your attention will come back automatically to the ajna centre.
Holding the attention at the ajna centre produces an alignment between the
physical
brain and the soul.  While that alignment is held, the transmission will take
place.

Of course, this is not for everyone.  Only those  who wish to serve the world
in some way would be bothered to do transmission meditation .

If you  find that Transmission Meditation is for you, then you have a means
of  service which will last until the end of your life and through all future
lives !


So, then , we commenced our  meditation. We prayed "THE GREAT INVOCATION" prayer
aloud .  The Great "OM" was said whenever our minds drift off from God.  Since
  there is the three of us, we sort of formed a triangular  formation in our
seats.   With our spiritual incense , spiritual candles on, to soothe our
physical
senses, and healing music in the background, we found out that it is becoming
easier and easier to fall into that state of mediative consciousness.

At the middle of the session, Erica commented that she could see a white light,
to our knees, that is remarkedly triangular in shape, connecting the three of
us at an interesting point !   How lucky we are to have someone see what is
going on in the spiritual realm !

What we felt ?  Personally,  I felt that peace as I sort of felt that light
in the backgound of darkness……feeling very light and just enjoying that
feeling…..all
of sudden an energy jerk or jolt ?  I didn’t mind.  Whatever God wants to do,
I submit my will, my whole being to God !

Elaine, personally felt a sense of relaxation….sense that she was asleep but
not….and also a sudden jolt of electricity  from her head going down to her
spine to her feet.
This experience is quite different from most of the information I read about
the energy flowing to our chakras (spiritual bodies ) Most that I read  states
that energy flow ususally starts from the feet up to our head and out.

The feelings I am continually having  up to this time ( March 4)  is tingling,
now on the right side side of my body at the knee area.


Erica’s experience is none different. She can easily go into a meditative state
and see the “LIGHT”.

We laid hands on one another, more so on Elaine’s lower back and sinuses.  I
wanted healing from this colds (going around) and regain energy and feelings
of well-being ( which I did have the following days ) I was also eating more
of the right kind of fruits and vegetables ?   Erica didn’t have any healing
wish, but we just laid hands on her .  She just commented how come my aura is
violet ?  This is  interesting because my aura changed tremendously during the
last year.  From dark emerald green last two years, to  orange last 6 months
( confirmed by another highly evolved being because of the tremendous amount
of studies I have  been putting on spiritually)   and  lately, Erica and one
of my spiritual advisers and visionary commented the change of color to light
blue/white.   This just connfirms because I have been praying  lately for the
great violet light  for transmutation of my past karmas.


May God’s light envelop you in whatever needs you may have !

We  started  by some spirituality teachings on meditation.

PRAYING   VS.  MEDITATION = WE NEED THEM BOTH !


I stressed the importance of praying  “ The Great  Invocation”  aloud and
together
and as we  prayed together, the more we are really doing an affirmative prayer
of invoking God’s Light, Love, Wisdom, Power, Divine Will  to be with us here
on earth  !    Whenever our minds consciously wanders around, we have a set
of affirmation we can pray until we can get used to going into silence and
meditation.


When we pray,  we  talk to God…about everything….our praises, cares, words of
thanks…..we consciously connect to God……since Jesus said….to ask and you shall
receive….seek and you shall find……It is important to let it out……and  submit
our will to God……because He will never infringe upon our own free will….we have
to let God…….as a  Friend, Mother or Father who is always there to listen to
us !
  The more we couple our prayer with feelings of LOVE, JOY, FAITH, WISDOM, the
more powerful it shall become !
The more we  make it a prayer of affirmation or denial, the more powerful it
will also become ! (Coming on next sessions)

On the other hand, when we MEDITATE, we let our minds connect with God !  We
   just keep our minds clear, bodies relax and when the  DIVINE CONNECTION  is
established,  God’s  Divine Intelligence will start pouring through this
connection…..universal
energy as we call it.  You will feel His Divine presence in you as peace, joy,
healing, clarity , wisdom, special spiritual gifts of vision, prophecy,
knowledge
or maybe a powerful one- physical sense of energy – tingling or jolt ….thrid
eye will open as you see the small light seemingly at a tunnel, slowly moving
in circular direction, until this light will blast fully in form of a white
light  or multi-colors!    So, in meditation, God pours out Himself unto
you…….until
you will look to continue to be “fed” spiritually .  Stop talking to Him and
let Him  talk to you this time…. Let  Him  COMMUNE  with you …..

“SEEK ye first His kingdom and these things shall come unto you “
We started meditation after  above short  briefing,  and meditation started
with spiritual incense, spritual candles lit and healing music in the background
for around one hour.

I had sensations of tingling from my left feet and as the week progressed, the
tingling present went up to my left legs and as of this week, by my left hip……
Elaine had visions again of the bright light and an energy jolt ,and as usual,
Erica sees the colors around us and feeling hot on top of her head right away.

Then, we laid hands on Olga . Erica was remarking how hot her head and hands
were and Olga felt this too!
We are all just thankful for this evening of peace and healing !

Then,  had some time for  writing our specific prayer petitions to put into
the “GOD CAN”

Meditation started with incense, candles lit and healing music in the
background.

We recited the Great Invocation Prayer at the start and I had displayed
Affirnmation
prayers whenever our concentration from God wanders around.  We can always say
the word "AUM or OM" to connect back to God.
Towards the end, Erica shared her vision of an oval white light connecting the
three of us !
We had  a semi-circle formation .

AFFIRMATIONS OF TRUTH

I.  GOD IS LIFE, LOVE , INTELLIGENCE, SUBSTANCE, OMNIPOTENCE, OMNISCIENCE,
OMNIPRESENCE


II.  I  AM  A CHILD OR MANIFESTATION OF GOD, AND EVERY MOMENT HIS LIFE, LOVE
, WISDOM, POWER FLOW INTO AND THROUGH ME.

III. I AM ONE WITH GOD , AND AM GOVERNED BY HIS LAW.

IV. THIS APPEARANCE OF WEAKNESS  IS FALSE; GOD, MANIFEST AS LIFE, WISDOM, AND

What is Life all about  ?

It is about  PURSUING  OUR  DREAMS  !!!

Before we came back here on earth, we chosed what kind of personality we will
have, we chosed the life experiences we will have,  who our parents will be,
what we  will become and the purpose why you will come back.  Some people comes
back to repay the  past karma they had; to experience how it is to be on the
other side....if they were the cause of abuse or suffering of some people, they
might choose to come back as the abused and the suffering, to be able able to
experience how this pain  or suffering had been inflicted on others. In short,
you want to experience that that you haven't  OR  if you are ascending fast
in your spirituality, you want to make a definite move and  just be of service
to human kind.

In short ....you have  a  dream...that you will become this person while
incarnating
again in this earth !

Through the birth process, we  FORGET  what we planned or dreamed in the spirit
world.  This  will get you  to the next  stage:

In  pursuing  our dreams  here on earth, we  really are ACTUALIZING  our  dreams

The  UNIVERSE  ( right now)  sets the PLATFORM  for the actualization of our

CONSTANT  FLOW  of MIRACLES  are happening ...we just can't see through it..

The  Universe is  BUILT  to RESPOND  to our  Consciousness .....
It will give back only the level of QUALITY that we put in !

"  He  who loves Me will be  loved by my Father, and I too will love him and
show myself to him" (John 14:21)

Let us all be kind to ourselves.......Let us help our mind, and spirit remember
who we really are.....so we can achieve our life's purpose....and once you did,
you know it and you will be the happiest person here on earth !
That is the purpose why we have to meditate.....to quiet ourselves......give
time and opportunity to our body, mind and spirit to relax, quiet down, so we
can remember....and in so doing......you will remember that you and the Father
are ONE ....that you are actually connected to the Father.....that you can tap
on Him anytime......not only when things go wrong.......not only when you are
sick.......

THE PROCESS OF DISCOVERING WHO WE ARE : WHAT ARE WE HERE TO DO ?

-  We must learn how to follow the "MYSTERIOUS" Coincidences that can guide
us -  This is dependent to a great deal on :

1. our ability  to  STAY  POSITIVE
2. FIND the silver lining in ALL events


EXAMPLE  :

When I just graduated from college ( Philippines ), my parents tried ways to
expedite being able to come to USA, because there are more opportunities out
here.  Somebody can help me go to Chicago.  Deep inside me, I knew I do not
want to go there. It is cold, etc etc.   So I followed my heart. I stayed, when
I cannot find a find a job as a nurse right away, I continued being "religious"
and landed being a catechist for the Catholic church in my town. In short, I
left it to God, and I know that He will always guide me. I met a lot of people,
nuns esp. and what I did was so fulfilling I will never forget in my whole life.
Then, I got a job in a big Medical Center, Stayed there for about 6 months,
until my friends at work told me to take the visa-qualifying exam. I felt good
about this, why not.  After taking the exam, somebody was distributing a very
small paper, stating that if we pass, and wants to go to Los Angeles, to give
them a call.  For some reason, I knew within my heart that Los Angeles is the
place for me !  I do not know anyone there, few relatives in San Diego and
that's
it. I felt good about it. I know that God will always guide and protect me.

And reflecting back into my life, I do not regret any of it for I feel I belong
here! Now, I read that  Los Angeles is the HEART of the chakra of USA.
I will explain more about chakra in my future teachings.

With this, I  concluded our teachings with puzzled look from my two
daughters........For
I know that I will repeat and repeat this simple truths to them in the near
future......


We  had  laying of hands on one another......

The next day, Elaine told me that she thinks that she will get an "A" on her
math finals that day.  She was so amazed that she can see the formulas clearly.


As for me, I felt so good the next day.....no aches...no pains...no buts......


I just told her.......do things for the Lord first  and the rest follows.

She said that since she slept late that night because of the mediation, she
didn't expect this to happen !

Now, she's a regular at the meditation    meetings ...

ADDENDUM:  With  Erica's permission, I would like to say a few words  about
her.

She is 10 years old, my daughter also ( 10 years & above can participate in
meditation) is a visionary. I didn't know this until I consulted a visionary
myself and was told that my three kids have special gifts.  So one night
therafter,
while in bed, I just happen to ask her if she sees anyone else aside from us.
She said yes. As a matter of fact, he/she is sitting on the throne just above
me. He is not Jesus, but very kind and beautiful with eyes of gold shining down
with bright golden light. I knew that he is our beloved Archangel Michael. Now
that I recall from Lily Therese that He is our protector.  After that , I was
more aware of her gifts and I just encourage her to cultivate it the best that
she can. Now she sees light, auras,  too.

What is Transmission?

Start:   MEDITATION

Note: The effects we experienced were tremendous!  Elaine visualized bright
flashing lights,  Susie
visualized the Image of our Lord Jesus Christ and Mother Mary , Cesar visualized
like a flashing
bright light through a very big tunnel and myself (Marilou) experienced
tremendous
peace.

Requisites:  Background healing music for meditation
                                             Semi-round circle formation of the
group

The group were guided to visualize a bright white light emanating from the top
of their heads,
going down through their spine to their feet , unto the ground.  And then
another
bright white
light coming from the ground, going up to their leg to their spine exiting
through
their head.

If their consciousness wanders from the thought of God, they were asked to
slowly
say and let
this word reverberate into their body & cells....the sacred  word  “OM”  which
refers to God.  The
group was  led to focus on the center of their eyebrows, thinking only of
God......


When they start seeing an image,  this is the mind-to God connection and the
group is urged to
start praying....telling God of their inner desires....for thanksgiving (highest
form) healing,
supplication.....and to   LISTEN  for any messages..........

INNER  PEACE

When the body relaxes, a specific set of psychological, physiological and
spiritual
correlates - called

  WELL-BEING  !

Therefore , NOT  all music is relaxing  !

Unfortunately, most of the sounds our environment exposes us to are not
conducive
to
relaxation! Neither is most music. In fact, most music was specifically composed
to create just
the opposite effect !  It  speeds you up, makes your nervous system more
nervous,
becomes, in
effect, a form of sonic caffeine and of course entertainment.  It gets you to
focus something
OUTSIDE of yourself, rather than on your internal reality.


OUR SOUND PRESCRIPTION !
BENEFITS OF RELAXING MUSIC

1.  The gentle rhythm of this music will help evoke your relaxation response.
You
may find that your heart rate slows slightly, your breathing becomes deeper
and
slower, and your muscles begin to relax.

2.  The relaxing effects of this music will help synchronize the hemispheres
of your
brain.    The left hemisphere is typically involved in analyzing the structure
of music
- which the overstimulated mind focuses on.  This music evokes  the RIGHT
HEMISPHERE - evokes a more balanced response involving the more creative and

Miracles  can  be  a  simple  meeting  of  a person w ho turns out
to be a great help in your time of need to the more complex  of
healing an impossible illness !

               It is built to  RESPOND  to our  consciousness  ----- It
will give back only  the level of quality that we put in...... I  mean,
if  your  intention  is  good   ....you will experience  situations that
is good  ......if your intention is   bad,  bad  situations will appear
in your  life  ........  GOOD  thoughts.....produces  positive  or
good  vibrations  into the energy  field.....it  will  come  back  to
you  in  a   positive  situation......This  is  the   UNIVERSAL
LAW  AGAIN.......


That is  why it is  very important  to  put  HIGH  LEVEL
QUALITY  THOUGHTS  in our  consciousness  !!!!!!

Don’t  Blame  the  Creator  if  your  life  situations  become
harder  and  harder.....  you  have  an  initial  control  over

positive  and  higher  thoughts  or  negative  thoughts  or intentions

This will create harmony. When you experience the SELF within
and come to know you are an immortal entity, completely separate
from mind, spirit and body, you learn to use these temples of the
Lord creatively, with awareness. Processes  of healing  and
miracles follow !

II:    Process of discovering  who we are  :  What are we here to do
?

You chosed to come back here on earth to learn more....develop  a
more closer relationship with God and refine your old bad habits
and personality.

To discover yourself,   you should learn how to follow  the
mysterious .....COINCIDENCES ......that can  guide  us....these
coincidences  are  really  the pathways  provided to us by
God.....and  it  is  our decisions  to  choose  it  !

This is dependent  a  great deal  on :

1. our   ability  to  stay POSITIVE  !      -  remember  - positive
thoughts leads to positive experiences in life

2.Find the silver lining in all events ......Take a close look, why
you met this person....why you end up in a certain place....why you
opened your television or listened to your radio.......something will
resonate  or strike you.....you must be  ALERT  to the  SMALL
CUES  provided to you by GOD.....like  RIGHT  now....why are
you reading this website  ?    Will you  disregard the calling  ?
Will you pretend not to see or hear  ?

III.  Now,  once  you  put into practice the first  two  steps.... I can
say that you are LIVING  the NEW  SPIRITUAL  AWARENESS
!

OUR  SPIRITUAL  JOURNEY   is a matter of  passing  through
a series of  steps or revelations......  God  doesn’t  expect you to
know  the complicated  issues  of  His  Being  right away.....you
shall start  from the
basics........kindergarten....elementary.....high
school.......college.....masteral.....doctoral......That is why I don’t
expect a whole lot of people  being interested  in  my  study  group
either !
           1.  Each step broadens our perspective
            2. Each step also presents its own set of challenges

  Have you been challenged in this lifetime  quite a bit ?  Maybe,
you are being chiseled into becoming a disciple.  See  how the
spiritual journey continues  for  anyone  who  is  slowly climbing up
the spiritual levels......

If you  consider  yourself as  spiritual or religious, trying to do
good despite the odds, wanting to help others....then I think that
we are  roughly on the same  levels.......on the  edge of the First
Initiation.....you wouldn’t be interested in us  of you don’t belong
to our group.........


Let us talk about  figures  by  Benjamin Creme ( Share

FIRST  INITIATION  - It takes literally hundreds of thousands of
incarnational experiences to bring a person to the point of the first
initiation.

  If  you are closer to this point ( 4 or 5 lifetimes yet away from the
first initiation ).....you will come into contact with some form of
meditation.  In the first instance, the contact might be very slight
indeed: the person hears about meditation, tries it for a bit,
perhaps spends a little part of his time doing it.

When , through several lives passed in a more serious approach to
meditation, the person becomes ready  and will spend considerable
part of his or her time devoted to the practice of some form of
meditation.....the person becomes ready for the FIRST
INITIATION.

There are roughly  800,000 people who have taken the first
initiation. Out of 5 billion people here on earth, it is not very
many.

SECOND INITIATION    -  Of those who have taken the second
initiation, there are only some 240,000 in incarnation ( means
here on earth )

THIRD INITIATION  -  Only between 2,000 - 3,000 souls

FOURTH INITIATION  -  Only about 450 in the world at the
moment.

The numbers are very small indeed !

That is why,  we should not waste this lifetime  !  Don’t get
attached to the material events....our careers, jobs, family......
Practice detachment from these  things.....    devote more time and
energy in getting to know God and your inner self !

But the interesting thing, esp. in the upcoming  “millenium” is
that the process is speeding up extraordinarily !

Today, several million people are standing on the THRESHOLD
of the first initiation.  This  is  why the  HOLY  SPIRIT, for the
first time in countless thousands of years, is returning to assist us
if we properly invoke the infillin of the Holy Spirit upon us !  We,
who do mediation, esp. the proper way as instructed to do, are
drawing the HOLY SPIRIT magnetically into the world !

That is  also when you accept to be called the  “DISCIPLE”  ,
embarking on a remarkable  “Spiritual Journey”

This is a journey from which there is no return, it is the burning of
the boats behind the disciple. He can waste many lives, hold
himself back, but he really cannot ever turn back against the tide
of evolution.........you know you are being  called........

This  journey  is  interesting :

It is a  period where a great battle is fought out between his soul
and his personality.  The man or woman on the physical plane
becomes the arena of a battle for possession between his
personality desire life and the spiritual life of the soul. Eventually,
though it may take time, the soul ( because it is stronger ) wins.

The battle can rage for many lives. There is an average of 6 0r 7
lives between the first and second initiation.  It is a  HARD
STRUGGLE  and often a  PAINFUL  ONE,  in the beginning.
The disciple finds  that he is being stimulated on all fronts:
MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY. His three
bodies are stimulated as never before.  The battle has to be fought
on all these fronts. As he thinks he is coping with the enemy
attacking his physical frontier,he finds himself invaded on the
emotional front. He brings all his personality forces to bear to
thrust the enemy back and he finds that on the mental plane and
physical plane, again, there are forces attacking him from behind.
Eventually,  by the sheer exhaustion of the battle, he gives in, he
accepts the dictates of his soul.
HE BECOMES AN ACCEPTED  DISCIPLE (accepting),
working closer to the center of our Master’s will. Then he
discovers he is  NOT  alone,  NEVER HAS BEEN ALONE, as he
thought, but that he is really  a  PART OF A GROUP, the
members of which he has probably never met on the physical plane.
He works under the supervision, not immediately of a Master, but
of a disciple of one of the Masters. He finds the battle raging more
and more fiercely until he comes to a point about half way between
the first and second initiation.

Suddenly, he sees a  little glimmer of light at  the end of a long
tunnel.  He finds that his physical body is obeying his WILL and
that the most unruly body of all, his  astral body, is beginning  to
be CONTROLLED.  He finds this very encouraging; he sees the
way ahead. It is still a fight, but he sees that, if he keeps at it, there
is hope.

Then he finds himself in contact with other people in some group
work. He finds that these other people have the same experiences,
the same difficulties and he realizes that this is  part of growing out
of his ignorance, glamour, illusion, seeing the world and himself as
they really are.

To bring all  of this  about,  MEDIATION  has been given to the
world.  It is the catalytic process which allows the soul to create
this situation vis-a-vis its reflection. Its aim is to bring its vehicle
into a perfect reflection of itself. It  does this by stimulating the
vibrational rate of each of the bodies, physical,astral and mental,
until all three are vibrating at more or less the same frequency.]

THE  SOUL IS IN NO HURRY. It has eons of time because it
does not even think in terms of time.

THE  TWO FACTORS TO BRING US TO A HIGHER LEVEL
OF SPIRITUALITY:

    1. MEDITATION  of    some  form - bringing the man or woman
into contact with the soul

    2.  SERVICE - some form of altruistic service - impulse of the
soul.

     I have discussed  mediation in the previous  pages, so now, I
would like to dwell on the SERVICE:

SERVICE  :  is the impulse of the soul. The soul knows only
service,. It is its nature. The soul comes into incarnation  to serve
the PLAN. As soon as a man or woman comes into contact with
the soul, that person, spontaneously, wants TO SERVE in some
form or other. The person might or might not actually do the
service, but  the soul will impel it towards service.

  (  REMEMBER,  I  TOLD YOU IN THE FIRST SESSION
THAT THERE ARE SEVEN LEVELS OF SPIRITUALITY)

ISN’T THIS INTERESTING. THERE ARE MANY MORE TO COME !


Sharing   of  experiences  ensued.  The  litlle  miracles  that happened........


Healing  and  laying  of hands on one another  became very special and an
emotional
event.

Cesar  reports that his  hands laid on top of Marilou’s  head felt so hot (
left hand ) but unto the
other hand that laid on his side.  Susie started  moving her trembling hands
fully charged with the
Holy Spirit around Marilou’s body.  Marilou  began to cry....felt  so 
loved....and
  healed...... (this
is me )
Marilou had a message for Susie....that  she is loved more thatn ever by  God,
the Father and  the
Blessed  Virgin  Mary.....to continue  her  blessed innocense....and  strong
  faith.......

All of  us  definitely  know that  this  is a  very intimate  contact with God
and we definitely going to
continue and share this with other friends........


MAY THE DIVINE LIGHT AND LOVE AND POWER OF THE  ONE MOST HOLY GOD

Know your God wwithin You.....

Child, let Me hold your hand...

PRAYERS
There are different methods of prayers and all are good.
But wouldn't you want to do the highest form of prayer ?
Meditation is the highest form of prayer.

Meditation is, depending on the type of meditation, a more or less scientific
means of contacting the soul and of eventually becoming at-one with the soul.
That is the basic purpose of meditation of any kind.

This is actually using our mind to connect to God.

Relax your body --- any position you are comfortable.

The best position is sitting up , with the pine straight as possible, both palms
open on the side. You may cross your legs or simply sit on any chair.

Laying down is also ok but it may promote sleep.

Raise your mind- your consciousnes, thinking only about God. Let go of all
others
that will come into your minds....your bills, your work, your kids, your
spouse....movies,
tv ...
concentrate on God....how good He is.... how He really dwells within you....you
are His temple......let Him show Himself up to you....give Him authority to
make Himself known....ask each of your body parts to relax....while taking deep
breaths, in.....and out......

Now, can you see a small light, moving in a circular direction, becoming bigger
and bigger ? Are you in the middle of clouds....mountains....green
grass.....ocean....rock
? Savor each moment.......this is the time to talk to God.....and most important
of all....LISTEN.........LISTEN........continue to relax your body and do this
for at least 30 mins. each day ....

Meditation is a very broad subject and will be discussed further in the next
meetings.

For now, practice this basics....you can play a soothing music.....spiritual,
mellow tunes and instrumentals are strongly encouraged........there are a lot
of music that will evoke meditation concentration.....


Spirituality vs Religion

These are the 7 Greatest religions on earth right now:

1. Islam "No one of you is a believer until he loves for his brother what he
loves for himself"

2. Hinduism "Do not to others, which if done to thee, would cause thee pain"


3.Buddhism "In five ways should a clansman minister to his friends and familiars
- by generosity, courtesy and benevolence, by treating them as he treats himself
and by being good as his word."

4.Taoism "Regard your neighbor's gain as your own gain and regard your
neighbor's
loss as your own loss"

6. Judaism "What is Hurtful to yourself, do not to your fellow man"

7. Christianity "All things whatsoever ye would that man should do to you, do
ye even so to them"

The greatest is all ...is Christianity.....JESUS CHRIST ....the only begotten
son of God , was sent down to us ....with message of the good
news....reconcialiation
of God and man...... LOVE......He sought to bring healing among the hearts of
men......

OUT OF CHRISTIANITY, CAME FORTH DIFFERENT SECTS !

1. Catholics
2. Protestanism - different sects....Four-Square,Espiscopal,
Baptist....etc....
3. Church of Christ
4.Jehova's Witnesses
5. Born Again Christians
6. Charismatics
7.Mormon

From such simple teachings, people have historically constructed complex dogma
and ritual, willing to kill and be killed in the name of their ideology. Such
religious intolerance has been and continous to be, the basis of much of the
discord and suffering in the world. When men and women of every faith come to
understand that they sahere a common spiritual elgacy, as children of one Father
- by whatever name their tradition chooses to call Him - a new era of
brotherhood
and peace will begin.


So, as you see - in Religions, dogmas, creed change because they are made by
men.....

In spirituality ----it never change .....made by the only One----God------ there
are really no rules or regulations.....There is one Law of Dod

ONE SPIRITUAL LAW OF GOD

"What you sow, you reap....what you owe....you pay "
"What you do unto others, you do unto you"

This gives rise to what we call "KARMA"

GOD IS LOVE ........

ANYTHING WE DO AGAINST LOVE IS A SIN.....
MISTAKE.....

WHO AM I ?

You are first Loved by God...that is why you were created unto His very
image......You
have a soul....(made from spiritual dust)Spirit envelops the soul .....Flesh
is the outer covering after you incarnated into the earth....

Your are:

SOUL- little God made into His image & likeness
SPIRIT - Christ within -
PHYSICAL BODY - temple of God

Spirit & SOul are always together ( hindi naghihiwalay)
They are your spiritual being
Physical Body... 5 senses ....is the TEMPLE of the LIVING GOD...

That is why we breathe....we have God within us....He gives Life
.....Light....Love......


The difference now is that we have a physical body.....our souls are
ternal....never
die......(hindi namamatay)

We commit sin ( errors against God's Love) through our 5 senses
1. sense of hearing
2. sense of seeing
3. sense of smelling
4. sense of touch
5. sense of taste

Our MIND, within our physical body is the CREATOR of GOOD AND EVIL.......

Everytime we see with evil eyes, thoughts, feelings, using our 5 senses....it
creates a dark spot into our souls....
until our soul, originally, spotless and bright and light...becomes
dim...dark....
that is when we nail Christ to the cross.....

anger
jealousy
envy
ego
pride
dishonesty
self-conceitedness
judgment
lust


How can we make our soul illumine....brighter....
By good deeds....AVoid doing the above...here as incarnate man......

When you begin to realize that you are dead....without the light.......this
is the second coming of Christ....and there is no turning back.....

ALL YOUR KARMA CAN BE REPAID BY GOOD DEEDS ....HERE ON EARTH...... (
REINCARNATION)
That is why we have to come back over and over again, until we learn the
lesson....until
we become brighter...spotless again.....spotless-----then we become at-one with
God ....

Then...you climb up to t eh 7 levels of spirituality....
