Our nation's strength is draining and for this we
will suffer." IN GOD WE TRUST " not in democrate or
republican. Remember our beginnings, learn from the past to
strengthen tomorrow. I live for God and our flag. We need to
unite.

Good job for getting into the latest issue of Self-Reliance Journal. I've been

I'm in the military and I'm ready. I've been in survival for 12 years. I'm
also in the military. What percent does that put me?

Our nation sets on a split rail fence. One side is 10% law
enforcement/military. The other side is 85% complete disorder. On the rail
fence is the 5% who will be ready. Where do you set?

I work for the TX prison system and as far as I
know there is no contingency plan where inmates are
concerned in the case of a socio-economic collapse or other
disaster. I'm sure that they would be given the option to
either join the military in power or die.

THIS IS BECOMING AN URBAN LEGEND! REMEMBER MOST
OF
THE LIBERAL TYPES WOULD HOWL FROM THE ROOF TOPS
IF
THEIR PRECIOUS LAW BREAKERS WERE TO BE PUT IN
THAT
POSITION, MOST LIKELY THEY WOULD BE LEFT TO ROT AT THE
DISCRETION OF THE PRISON GUARDS. AS IN MOST TIMES OF CRISIS
THE MANY LOOK AFTER THEMSELFS AND THE NEAREST &
DEAREST TO THEM.

I hope they do execute the prisoners. If they release them and they have harm
on their mind I will execute them

Does anyone know if there is an executive order
pertaining to prison inmates in the event of a complete
disband of our government? It is believed by some that
all will be executed because there won't be anyone to
guard them, and to keep them from being released upon
the population.

Greetings! I'm a Freethinking Individualist
Survivalist/Thrive-alist living in Gaston County, North Carolina. I would
like to meet likeminded people locally and correspond
with likeminded people worldwide.

My objective
is survivalist and thrive-alist networking for
goods, services, friendship, companionship, and all good
things desired by peaceful, freedom-loving
people.

I know a fair amount about camping, cooking,
gardening, money-saving and frugality, handtools, basic use
of a handgun and rifle, using a computer, basic
HTML, and wild plants. While I don't know it all, I am
always open to learning new ways to be self-sufficient.

I take a great interest in reading literature
(everything from political tracts to zines to Classics,)
occasional writing, Cyberspace, invention, music of a wide
variety, walking, fitness, and lifelong learning. All of
these things contribute to surviving and thriving and
making life worthwhile.

I strive not to be a
pessimist who sees gloom and doom around every corner. I
am, however, very concerned for the state of freedom
in this society. I seek to network with others who
share this concern and who seek solutions.

I am
open to meeting others regardless of irrelevant things
like "race," "color," "nationality," heritage, gender
or sexual orientation. Bigotry and dogmatism have no
place in my way of thinking or living, and I expect the
same of people I bring into my life.

Please
contact me at the e-mail address below, since I never
know when I'll be visiting the Club. I look forward to
hearing from you soon!

Yours In
Truth,

FreedomLuver2000@...

HI friends,
Made some updates to the
SurvivalRing Homepage today, adding some links to new pages
now online, and wanted to remind you to read the
latest SurvivalRing newsletter at your earliest
convenience, since it has LOTS of useful information and some
great insight as well into many areas you might, or
better, should, be concerned about.

A new Civil
Defense report is online there, and a couple of new site
functions. Stay tuned, as I am about to add some GREAT new
system features to SurvivalRing for EVERYONE to share

getting the chat feature here in the club activated and
used by everyone interested in chatting with
like-minded folks, and having regular chat sessions
again.

Well, gotta run.....lets get some more folks interested
in getting this club more active and make it a big

I also enjoy the outdoors, I love to hike, ride my bikes, and camp. The ultimate
form of camping is to survive in the wilderness for periods of time.

I am only 16, yrs old, as of now i still belive
in the government and its workings. The reason i say
as of now is becuase i belive my ambition to be the
best and know more will change that view. I hope not
but i must face the facts and the facts are the
governments secrets arn't nice. I dont and will never belong
to any group or organization that is against my
government. I will live and die trying to preserve america. I
take interest in survivalism, because in todays age
you must be able to disappear, and stay that way, the
worlds bussinesses and governments have became to
powerful. I regret to think that some day the knowledge and
teaching that i learn wether<?> it be here or in the
armed forces, where ever may have to be used to defend
myself against the country i love. The reason i post
this is to state that i am a patriot and thats why i
am here!

have checked the site out I have been busy sharing
some of the info with friends that live bush (wonder
wheel & construction ) also slowly stocking up on more
info for my long term plans of a bolt hole of my own
out bush (suitable sites, & building types ) should
have it all together in 5 to 6yrs by then kids will be
big enough to give a hand (my little work crew) Has
anyone given any thought to an optimal site for
constructing a hide away ie water supply , fall of land,
surrounding hills ect. ? post it in news letter if any one

I have been having a very busy summer thus far,
and am way behind on my projects again. Lots of stuff
going on everywhere. New stuff online from
SurvivalRing, selling neat books and collectables on Ebay,
scanning in Civil Defense Docs for posting on the website,
got two kids in Wyoming for the summer, and one going
to two different summer camps, and to top it all
off, I am MOVING!

I will be heading from lil'
old Alabama to Wyoming, in September of this year.
I'm switching careers, giving my family a whole new
wonderful place to live (two hours from Yellowstone
National Park), starting a job working with my best friend
in high school, and will be seeing the countryside
from a truck, able to visit friends all over the
country, document things and places I have been planning
on for my research projects, and above all
else....have the time of my life.

I will be able to
keep my work going on all my web projects, and intend
to keep adding new things and ideas and sections as
time allows.

Stay tuned....I'm finishing up the
SurvivalRing newsletter this week. More to be found
there...

Richard

Hi War Sharmen, thanks for the hospitality!
glad to have found you guys. Over here in Australia
survivalist mentality is questioned as being a bit loopy! But
that kind of thinking I put in narrow minded basket. I
think that all Knowledge is good it's what you do with
it that counts. anyway have to surf the site more
post notes soon. Yeti

welcome newbee, you will find most
survivalists
are a sharing lot and thats a good thing or we would
all remain ignorant. if you have info pass it on, and
we all get richer. Item to think about
what is
the most important thing with
survival?
answer:health & mental attitude otherwise without
these you
wouldn't survive. anyone care to debate?
