Tajrid & Tafrid are two forgotten terms (practices) of Sufism and
Islam in general. These terms are used in both Farsi as well as the
Arabic Sufi texts.

Tafrid is forgotten by the Musilms as Tajrid is forgotten by the
non-Muslims, and perhaps some of the Sufi educators can revive these
notions for both groups.
