Ms Tran-Thi Kim-Dieu, Chairman of the European Federation of the TS, sent a
message to many theosophists. She has been Chairman since 1995 and I am told
she is influential in European theosophical
circles. She is in the GC and is one of Algeo's nominators.

In her message of 3/20/2008 distributed to many, she says:

"I have been and am sick in every sense of the term with Radha's attitude.
What a pity that such a great soul now errs because of the misfunctioning of
the brain! The letter the sections received is not written by her ....But it
is signed by her!"

The statement speaks for itself.

I sent her two msgs, requesting her to tell us more about what she means
"Radha's attitude." So far I have not heard from her.

Again, the central issue still is Radha's health, not her age. I do not know
if the two doctors' certificates have had any effect. If I hear from Dieu, I
will let you all know.

PS: Routinely, letters written by top officials are drafted by someone else
and edited by the signatory as needed. Also, top leaders have speech writers
whose job is to write speeches delivered by the leader. For those in the US,
it should come as no surprise.
