The Magical Timeline is a new book being sold by `the Secret Society' in
Seattle
Washington, listing various magical events from the Big Bang around
13,700,000,000 BC
to the future around 14,000 AD when Vega in the constellation Lyra will be the
new
North Star.

But to be a bit more realistic the majority of the entries in The Magical
Timeline are
between 10,000 BCE to 2008 CE.

The Magical Timeline is meant as a quick reference to the date of births,
deaths, and
major events in the lives of various magicians, and witches. It lists the years
of publication
of important magical books, the founding of fraternal, magical and religious
organizations.

The Magical Timeline also lists the specific dates for a particular magical
ceremonies,
initiations or excerpts from personal diaries, as well as facts about the
occult, the tarot,
grimoires, curses, and mystery schools. Also included is information on
important UFO
sightings, the building or destruction of famous monuments, major world
phenomenon
like earthquakes, meteor showers, eclipses.

Many scientific discoveries and other major events like the sinking of the
Titanic are
included, to give a better sense of time and place when the magical events took
place.

The Magical Timeline is an on going work, so we will be taking submissions,
from the
public of Magical meetings etc they know of top be to be included in future
editions.

The Magical Timeline is a fantastic tool. I am consistently astonished at the
insight
and edge it has given me while conducting research or discussing magical history
with
fellow explorers. There are about 300 pages of entries covering many famous and
obscure
events of occult interest. There are extensive entries about Crowleyfrom the
Equinox his
magical diaries and various worklings, as well as many Golden Dawn entries.
