SPICE GLAZED PECANS

3/4c sugar
1 egg white
2 1/2t water
1/2t cinnamon
1/4t allspice
1/4t ground cloves
1/4t nutmeg
1/2t salt
8c pecans whole or halved

Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl. Spread on lightly sprayed
cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool on wax paper and
store in an airtight container.
