Hi Diana,

Thank you for your answer. I still think that Pluto's antiscia around the
25° Taurus between the years 1941-1944 also added to the fact that the
Holocaust was utmost care was taken so that the victims did not know their
fate in advance. People were moved to trenches and pits, or to ghettos
before being moved to concentration camps, by being told that they would be
executed. This is how antiscias work. Pluto is the destruction and
antiscia is what is hidden. Uranus and Saturn con Pluto antiscia on Algol
in July 1941 brought the start of the Eiseingruppe killings by bullets as
they were following the German army, as it was decided to judenfrei all the
villages on their way. Pluto added the effort on secrecy.

Right now, in July 2010, we have again the conjunction of Jupiter-Uranus but
conjunct Saturn antiscia instead of Pluto antiscia. So what is hidden
probably, is the work of the leaders who are preparing and planning
something.

Dear Shev,

I can not comment on antiscia but I would request you look into details of Hindu Vimshottary system. It is my obervations that fixed stars do prominent place in Hindu astrology and must have been incorporated in the system of analysis.

Hi,

I am certain it will be very interesting. I did study Hindu astrology for a
little time, but because of a friend who was starting to study ancient
astrology and because there are so many ancient astrologers' books which are
now being translated. I know about the Vimshottari system of course, and
have many books on this very efficient system. And I feel that both ancient
and hindu astrology systems are interconnected of course, as both borrowed
from one another. There is one question that have not been aswered to me
however on hindu astrology. Do they have progressions similar or close to
the secondary progressions? and what would they be called?

Thank you

Hi Diana,

Of course, I meant "not being told they would be executed". I should
re-read my messages before sending them. Sorry about that.

I have read more books recently on the Holocaust, especially on the journey
to uncover the truth on the mass gravesites of jews exterminated by nazi
mobile units in the Ukraine and to honor the victims with proper burial.
His name is Father Patrick Desbois. His grandfather was a French POW held
at the Rawa-Ruska forced labor camp during the war and he told him that
there were a part of the camp reserved for the jews for whom it was much
much worse and deadly of course. There are many mass gravesites that have
been untouched as long as it was it Soviet territory. Father Desbois met
people who were children at the time, but were witness to the killing of
their neighbours in each village. Soviet authorities had denied access
before, because it was kind of taboo. But it changed with the Perestroika.
There are many other investigations now there. But I like this book and
search by Desbois. The name of the book is "The Holocaust by Bullets".
There were almost 2 million jews killed in this manner, and not in ghettos
or concentration camps that are so often forgotten and this occurred from
July 1941.

Hi Shev
Greetings

I am a silent spectator in this group as i am trying to learn in bits and pieces about Fixed Stars. Diana's work has been an inspiration in that regard

Regarding Progression in Hindu Astrology, unfortunately so far many works on it has not come out and we are just starting to understand it whereas my friends in Western Astrology has shown me that Western Astrology have done tremendous work on Progressions.

In an Ancient Book called Deva Kerelam (Vedic Astro) their is a system of progression (coded) which is very similar to another more ancient method of progression called Bhrighu Circle Methodology (Bhrighu Chakra Paddathi), it is similar to the writing of a French Astrologer (name i forget) which is 1 sign equals to 1 year. An article on this is found in the website that Diana mentioned www.saptarishisastrology.com . If you are unable to get it i can mail it to the list or to you privately at ur email id with the attachment of the article.

Another method of Progression that is hidden in a 6th century work of an Indian AStrologer by the name of Varahamihira is 4 years per sign, another used by some select village astrologers is 7 years per sign.

In the annual chart one of our friends has deduced one month per house system and he has found excellent results.

Kind regards
Sunil John

The Cancerian influence that overlays the Twins is strong, and the Chinese
Well is deep: the lure and love of the past imparts an interest in ethnic
and folk traditions. Not just scholars and theorists-at-a-distance, these
are people who will physically involve themselves in their pursuits, digging
deeply to find the roots of their own or another nation's heritage, and
while doing so, ponder the nature of all mankind. The Twins were Argonauts,
voyagers on the legendary Argo - there is something to do here with the sea
and ships. They may work with their hands, crafting their own artistic
creation or scientific artifacts and inventions, needing the presence and
"feel" of everything they attempt. The feet of the Twins are fond of
dancing, and there is a love of music (especially stringed instruments) and
the theatre. Original, creative, inventive, ardently sensual, they play with
ideas and words, trying new and quirky paths of expression. They may also be
drawn to science, particularly chemistry and biology; whatever they choose
to do, all of their physical being will be put into their work with a
pulsar's focus and intensity. They have a "common touch," but their path
requires courage and persistence, for they may have to deal with hostility,
find themselves severely criticized, or may even become cruelly
hypercritical themselves. There is sometimes the early loss of one or both
parents or separation from the family; and the black hole here may pull them
into its maw, for there are battles with bitterness and despair, along with
possible alcoholism or other addictions, yet there is a "courage under fire"
tradition here to brace up any who have lost their way. The "soul-mate"
Twins and the Greater Dog (a symbol of fidelity) bring in issues of devotion
and constancy vs disloyalty and treachery (both to individuals and a
nation), and an aggressive, troubled, unsettled psyche vs the calm and peace
represented by the Dove. Here the legendary courage of the close-knit Twins,
along with the determination of the rein-holding Charioteer and faithful
devotion of the Greater Dog help to overcome the difficulties and challenges
of life. Addictions, paralysis, Alzheimer's disease, eye problems,
accidents, birth defects, danger of drowning. Shipwrecks, air crashes,
fires, explosions, battles (including sea-battles), military innovations,
sickness, contamination, heat waves, disasters caused by deliberate cruelty
or criminal neglect. Meteorite falls, technological innovations.

Lunar Mansions: China: part of Tsing, "The Well" (the legs and feet of our
Twins): digging

new wells, cleaning, reinforcing the old, assuring clean water; washing,
and by extension, cleansing of

crime, moral uprightness, law and order. It was also a meeting place,
forum, and Stopping Place for the

Emperor; an assembly place for war chariots; also called the Celestial
Leveler, it governed irrigation, as

well as balance, equity (because water always seeks its own level); it
governed the marking out of new

towns, boundaries, allotting parcels of land. (a star of the Head of
China's very ancient Great Red Bird).

The Well was also a constellation having to do with clean water - the
contamination of the Gulf comes to mind:

When this asterism culminated it served as a reminder that it was time to
clean the existing wells, dig new ones if necessary, and reinforce the
openings with cross beams (the asterism looks like a cross-beamed well
opening). Rotting leaves and mud had to be removed and every care taken that
the water be clear and fresh (the Chinese knew that unclean wells could
bring disease).

Dear Shev,

In Hindu astrology progressions are not used as western astrology for forecasting life events similar to Vimshottary system there are multilples of dasha systems with variable times given to various planets. the most effective and giving accurate results is Vimshottary system. Time slots allotted to various planets needs to be researched on what basis has been arrived, I feel if done by any of the current researchers will be boost to indian astrology Sun: 6 years, Moon 10 Years, Venus 20 years, Mercury 17 years,Jupiter 16 years, Saturn 19 years, Mars, Ketu 7 years each and Rahu 18 years totals 120 years. It is my obervations that many times anterdasha planets rulling are those which are connected to fixed stars either in paran aspects or influencing those lattitudes where travel takes place.

Hi Ravi Gowande

Sorry for the delay in answering. There is a heat wave where I live and it
got me distracted. I have a ancient book of occult and astrology, which
give a system of periods called the Septenary divided between the seven
planets: Moon, Mercury, Venus, Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn. This system is
more ancient than the Firdaria that were in use by the Arab astrologers.

Here is an example of the Table of Septenary with the Septenary of the Moon.

Moon
Year 1 and 50, Sun D, Moon N
2 and 51, Venus D Mercury N
3 and 52, Mercury D, Venus N
4 and 53, Moon D, Sun N
5 and 54, Saturn D, Mars N
6 and 55, Jupiter D and N
7 and 56, Mars D, Saturn N

So it is easy to see that the following years are perilous:  7; 14;  21;
28; 35; 42; 49; 56; 63; 70; 77; 84; 91 and 98, as those years are
influenced by Mars for people born during the day, and Saturn for people
born at night.

Also perilous are the following years:   5;  12;  19;  26;  33;  40;  47;
54; 61; 68; 75; 82; 89; 96, as those years are influenced by Saturn
for the day people and Mars for night people.

Critical Years 43; 44; 45; 46; 48; 92; 93; 94; 95; 97 as they
belong to the Saturn septenary.

Critical Years 29; 30; 31; 32; 34; 78; 79; 80; 81; 83 because they
belong to the Martian septenary

Example:

Let's take a lucky winner of lottery born 11 November 1952, 10:20 a.m. Blaye
et Ste Luce, France, Ascendant 16Sag. She won on 13 March 1988. So she was
35 years old, so it is a perilous year as it is influenced by Mars as she is
born during the day.

Mars is exalted in Capricorn in 2nd house of money ruler of 5th of
speculation and luck is sextile to her Scorpio Sun in 12th ruler of 9th.
Mars exalted in Capricorn is also square Saturn in 11th of acquisitions,
exalted at 21Libra.

Also she is in the Septenary of Mars and sub-septentary of Mars also. So
Mars is very strong, and she won 100 Million FF.

She also won on Tuesday, the day of Mars.

Looking at the profections of the solar chart, 2nd house is profected on the
radix Scorpio Ascendant, and profected Mars is now conjunct Venus in radix
solar 2nd house of money trine profected Jupiter ruler of radix 2nd house.

The profections in ancient time were done with the Solar Chart.

There are many similarities between ancient western astrology and hindu
astrology. I am also wondering sometimes if I should use sidereal zodiac
instead of tropical. Would it work for the winner above using Krishnamurti
Ayanamsha?

Using sideral, Mars is in 2nd but now in Sagittarius trine to its Lord
Jupiter in Aries opposed Libra Sun, but it works very well using solar
chart.

It is very sad that this book is not in English. I think it would be very
worthwhile to have it translated.

This is just to let everyone know that my computer has become very unreliable, and there may be a period of about 1 to 2 weeks when I might not be able to send or receive messages, until I can get a new one and get set up.

(This one works for about 1/2 hour at a time, then blacks out - so I'll hit "send" right now before it has a chance to quit!)

I've got computer issues, too. A lightning strike two weeks ago left a bunch of electrical equipment in my neighborhood damaged, and also some computers, including one of mine. I had to reinstall the operating system, which was corrupted, and I'm having to replace the network card, too. I hope to be fully equipped again by the end of this week.
