Description

This list, owned and moderated by Mark Andrew Holmes, is for research into and discussion about the influences of the fixed stars, including novae, supernovae and galactic points (pulsars, quasars, BL Lacertae objects, black holes, radiation-emitting nebulae, etc.) as well as the constellations.

The photo shows the star Rho Ophiuchi and its associated nebula. Rho Ophiuchi, which is near Antares, is located at the point where the heel of Ophiuchus the Serpent-Holder (representing Aesculapius, Greek god of healing) steps on and crushes Scorpius the Scorpion (a symbol of death).

This group is barred from Grouply.
