Welcome to THE COWRY COLLECTIVE Yahoo Groups page. We ask you to attend an orientation with coordinator Chinyere E. Oteh prior to posting. New member orientations are held the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. We are open to all who are aligned with our mission and want to participate in exchanges. Our mission is to strengthen the community of people of African descent living in the greater St. Louis area by matching unmet needs and resources, sharing our time and talents with each other. Please remember to post OFFERS as well as WANTS, this cycle of giving and receiving is what keeps our collective strong. Members must contribute 2 hours of services per month to remain active.
