It's been a long time since I've been here, and its great the fact
that a small network of people world wide still have the conviction
to air their views about something that happened to them such a long
time ago. I can't actually believe that the first post was by me in
January 2001.
Life kind of gets hold of you and moves you along not necessarily of
your own free will, most weeks I get up on a Monday morning and
before I know it its Friday again. I promise myself that I will put
a call in to my old pal GG, who is on the other side of the world,
and never quite get round to it.
I rarely acknowledge the witty emails he sends me, even though I
look forward to them and hanker a belief that one day I will have
enough time and money to fly for 24 hours to catch up with someone I
have spoken to for hours over the phone, share a black sense of
humour with, put up with when he has rang me completely wasted at
the end of a drinking session even though I'm just off to work (8hrs
time difference).
But a true soul mate nonetheless.

Titan, Alpha Club has been good, not of itself, but for what it
never intended. I've met some great people, people who remain to
this day firm friends, we were together super positive (make that
brainwashed) individuals.
Would I change anything, given the chance? Not for a fucking minute
mate!!!! Sure it cost me time and money, but on balance, a life
changing experience.

I had a grievance that gave me the impetus to put together a web
site and message board, to send a message to the likes of Carway and
his minions, that the power of the internet was inherently more
powerful than their ability to cloud our judgement for reason, I
sure got that right.
I try very hard not to get philosophical and whimsical about these
things after all there were a lot of decent people involved with
Alpha and such companies, and these days some scumbag would tear
your heart out for 50 quid!

A good friend once told me "you can have all the money in the world,
but if you have no friends you've got fuck all" and that pretty much
sums up where my head is at right now.

to this day. would you know anything about that...my brother is
still paying off lawyers to prevent from going to jail. i suppose i
