What's exactly the relationship between these two programs?

The Swapnut.jar file (from SwapNut version 1.0) contains only
com.limegroup.gnutella.* classes.

So, assuming SwapNut is derived from LimeWire, the SwapNut source code
falls under the GPL, right?
