A place for anyone in the Philadelphia area who has felt the call to be creative: whether they have any experience, or done any art or writing in the past: to gather, meet others, and DO artistic or creative "stuff" together each month.

How we are different from the typical workshop or open mic event: we get together and DO visual arts and writing, not just talk about what we HAVE done in the past.

We do different kinds of art each time: writing, collage, drawing, etc.
Do you have an idea for an interesting project? Come to one of our meetings and suggest it. It doesn't have to be something you have experience with.

Anyone who wants to start being creative, and needs a safe place to create art is welcome to join us and create!

No "talent" or experience is required; just the bravery to name yourself with the scary title of "Artist" and the honesty to connect with what is within you and with your source of inspiration, however you may describe it.
