Welcome to the 4th Trimester � Our Postpartum Support Group

This is a safe place for gathering in weekly meet ups & online, both hosted by the East Bay Home Birth Midwives at our Berkeley office. We would love to use this space to encourage making new connections, enriching current relationships, and supporting one another as we learn and grow through the 4th trimester together.

Weekly Meet Up Details:
Location: 2414 Ashby Ave., Berkeley, CA
Date/Time: Monday afternoons 2:30- 4:00pm

There is no need to RSVP to these events as this is a drop in group and ANYONE with babies can attend. However, new online members must attend at least one weekly meet up before being added to the online group (unless you are continuing from our practice).
