PBMA, Inc. stands for the Philippine Benevolent Missionaries Association, Incorporated, a legitimate non-sectarian, non-profit, humanitarian and a brotherhood organization that is in existence in the Philippines since the early parts of 1960's and founded by the late Ruben E. Ecleo, Sr., its first Supreme President. It was registered in the Securities and Exchange Commision on October 19, 1965 under the Registration No. 28042. Its top objectives, as stated on its Constitution and By-Laws, are: 1. To perform charitable actions - a) to serve faithfully, b) to help benevolently, and c) to give voluntarily; 2. To promote brotherhood among people regardless of age, color, and faith; and, 3. To promote international peace and unity among nations, to mention some. This sounds so idealistic, but there is nothing wrong and there is nothing impossible if you dreamt something good especially for the deprived and for the unpriviledged.

PBMA is now a controvesial organization (not a religion) in the Philippines and is even coined as a "cult" by some "mis-informed" or "dis-oriented" individuals who happened to know it only but its superficial operations. It became what it appears to be nowadays because of some "mis-guided members" who acted more than what they supposed to be. PBMA is "not a cult." It is more than an organization with a noble mission.

Hence, I am inviting all PBMA members to join us and be part of this humble endeavor. There are lots of trials yet to overcome and lots of dark storms yet to calm down.
