Description
A place where fans can visit and chat about fantasy fiction, characters, and worlds. The nature of evil and good, Dark and Light -- the world of the Rogue Mage, Thorn St. Croix.
And soon... Skinwalkers. Coming July 8!!!!!!!
An Enclave is:
Faith Hunter's message board.
Thorn St. Croix's original home.
A place of safety from battle dire.
A gilded prison.
A place to study and use leftover creation energy.
BLOODRING
SERAPHS
HOST
Massmarket paperback reissued: 2008.
Skinwalker! 2009 from Roc -- see the wicked killer cover!
Note: If you post invites to group sites without Faith's permission, you will be banned.
If you receive abusive mail off-list from list members, please let me know. I'm not looking for he-said, she-said, but issues that develop. It's hard to know what goes on off-list if no one tells me, and decisions are hard to make if on-list comments are all I have to go by.
Off-limit topics:
NO JOKES please. Politics. Material over a PG-13 rating. Anything else that people become insane over. And Hey, I know the Enclave books are about religion in the abstract sense. I know I can't ban talk about it. But flaming, abusive emails, telling people they are going to hell if they don't agree with you, are banned. Honest talk and opinions are welcome.
One note for when you ask something that could be a spoiler for future books... (with a tip of the hat to Kim Harrison!):
FSR1 is Faith's Standard Response # 1--which is "I'm not telling." ;-)
A final request from the over-worked author manning this ship. Please trim your posts for those on digest. Change the subject line when warranted.
Try to keep it fun, people, and remember -- no matter how much you want to believe, it's only fiction. Except when it ain't. ;-)

Re: borders
I think Borders brought it upon themselves. The Borders in a nearby burb has never been very well run, with not so great layout, not very well stocked. The B&N

Re: borders and books
It's why I won't shop at the Borders in our area. They are awful in the book selection. I'll go B&N or my online source. Vickie ... looking ... store. ... they

Re: borders and books
Wanda: I have a B&N near my house and it's always busy with lots of books on the shelves, but not always the ones I want. I lean more towards midlist authors

That's sad about them. It also begins a vicious cycle probably. Morale is probably down, employees probably don't get the books out on the shelves, people
