On 19 October 2005, Ms. Junya Yimprasert, the Thai Labour Campaign (TLC) coordinator, went to the Lumpini police station in Bangkok to give her testimony after being accused by the Publicis Thailand Co. Ltd. of ‘ defamation by propagation.'
