Description

A central meeting place for the Transgender (and all of the) population of the United States to find and discuss current news issues and links re our de facto rights to inclusion, our health, and the pursuit of Transgender happiness and acceptance.

I should think we all need first to pay mind to the message that the Reverend Martin Luther King lived his life by:

"Every [person] must decide whether to walk in the light of creative altruism or the darkness of selfishness. This is the judgement. Life's most persistent and urgent question is, what are you doing for others."

We need to work more closely together; That is why you want to be here in this group, and upon this earth. "A house divided against itself cannot stand."

Many of the health issues transgendered people experience are related to our acceptance as individuals in the greater society... but we are not alone.

This country needs to settle it's unfinished business of equal protection, understanding and providence of human rights to ALL BY LAW... I STILL "...hold these truths to be self-evident, that ALL HUMANS are created equal..." Let us work together to hold this country true to it's first great promise?
