These are very very old URLs. I don't know where they have moved the nodak.edu video. But the amc.anl.gov video has moved to:

Video Streaming
The sample URLs to test the video streaming feature in Tgif do not work. Not even netscape could pull up the URLs. camsrv2.ndscs.nodak.edu - not responding
