Texas Wing CAP ARC is an organization to educate members on the role of and differences between CAP communications and Amateur Radio; to encourage CAP communicators to expand their knowledge of Amateur Radio; and to promote a better understanding of the capabilities and restrictions of both organizations. This ARC is further defined by the Memorandum of Agreement between the American Radio Relay League and Civil Air Patrol.
