WELCOME to the Texas Parasol Group!! The Texas Parasol group is for sharing, and exchanging information about the plans built airplane called the "Texas Parasol", or also known as the "Chuckbird"
Designed Credit goes to Richard Lamb, and Chuck Beeson. The Texas Parasol/Chuckbird is a high wing, airplane with the fuselage built from aluminum angle, that resembles the older Pietenpol Aircamper designs.
The "Texas Parasol" was intended to be an inexpensive, and easy to build, and fly aircraft.
