Suggest you use the paper method - It gets into the system quicker - they scan the red forms into the computer. Use the 1096 transmittal to file your 1099

... They either loose my 4419 form or never receive it(so they say). I have faxed it to them 3 time already and they tell me that i will have to wait 30 days.
